Bought a shorestation boat lift and 12 years later the winch cable snapped needed replaced. Tried to replace the cable and realized the parts did not match up. Turns out I was mistakenly given a lighter weight winch tube when the boxes were loaded onto my trailer at the time of purchase. I called TS Lifts and they sent me the internal components I needed to make the winch into the proper one. Fantastic service! They went out of their way to get me what I needed even thou years had passed since the original purchase. I Highly recommend TS Lifts.

This spring I worked with Nick to purchase a new pontoon lift. He was easy to work with and shared a few new and used options that would work for me now and into the future. The new lift works great and they were able to deliver the lift & return to install the canopy earlier than expected. Robin & her team in the service department was also very helpful when I needed an adjustment made after the water level changed. I would be happy to work with them again when it is time for a new lift.

Family works for them. They promise bonuses and don't pay. No wonder they can't keep employees. Most don't even have drivers license

We needed our boat lift moved from one spot on the lake to another spot on the same lake. I was told it would be 400 since it was a large lift and I was totally fine with it. I was sent a contract that said it was 85.00 per man but was not told how many men are on the job so instead of the 400 I was quoted I was charged 875.00. I am so disappointed by this I would have used my own truck and trailer to move it if I had known it was going to cost so much. Not one time was I told it would be more than one man. Very poor communication.

Do not buy a lift from these guys until you see it for yourself. Dirty canopy, missing hardware, rusty and frayed cables on a “inspected and lake ready lift” No support after the sale. By the time you fix all the stuff they missed, you could almost buy a new one. Buyer beware!

Drove out of state over 6 hours to pickup a 6000lb hydraulic boat lift. Paid over $8,000. The boat lift did not stay up upon installation in our lake. Reached out to Nick, our sales representative, and he said he would speak to his service guys. It’s been over a month and they have still not given me any support. I guess I’m SOL and have to pay a thousand or two to have it fixed. If you buy a lift from these guys be careful, as there seems to be no support once you hand over the money.

Awesome staff to work with! I went in with a broken metal lifting rod for my garden tractor snow blade and asked if they could weld it for me. They said it was no problem and promised it done in an hour. It was ready on time with reinforced welding as we discussed. Very reasonable charge also.

Bought a pontoon from the recreational salvage site. Super happy with the boat! Nick Paulson was amazing!
