I generally enjoy shopping at this store, but my recent experience with the general manager was disappointing. When I asked for help finding a product, she responded with an eye roll and a heavy sigh, which felt dismissive. My friend also inquired about job opportunities, and her response was even ruder—she curtly said they weren’t hiring and that the application was “just for show.” While I appreciate the store itself, the general manager’s attitude made for a frustrating interaction.

I really enjoy the Dilworth Dollar Tree. Even though it is a bit smaller than many other dollar tree stores, it is generally clean, organized and well stocked. The staff is is pleasant and willing to help. It is amazing to me that there is a store still able to sell quality products for such discount prices. The only thing missing at this dollar tree is the frozen/refrigerated section.

I went to 5 of your stores and not one of them had helium for balloons. Party City had tons of helium so there is no shortage. Your employee in the Dilworth location told me when I went up to the balloons that you were out of helium so don't even ask. He said he was even going to put that as a sign on the door. I know good help is hard to find but that was beyond rude. I gladly spent 23 dollars on party city balloons after that.

I worked at the dollar tree in 11th St in Moorhead for a few months. I ended my employment with them last week because the store manager Pam Casey was very rude to me. She called a b**** and walked off and mubbled something as she walked away. I don't recommend working at that one.

Day after Thanksgiving it was a zoo. I ended up being stuck in the area and needed a few things so I thought I'd try it out. Everything was empty. I thought they were Going out of Business, but a lady next to me said the retailer next door was the same way. Holy smokes!!They have 3 self checkouts, thank God. All things considered, The young man Cashier was so patient and helpful (he observed my checkout was giving me trouble but I got it work) came over to try to help but it proceeded. I thanked him alot.Good luck to all the employees trying to put this store back in order and restock these shelves. You're a brave bunch. I visit Fargo often. Will come again.Thank you for all you do.
