Wonderful bank! I've thoroughly enjoyed my time banking with Northwestern, from checking and savings accounts to a mortgage. The service is wonderful and there's no hidden fees. I definitely recommend them!

If I could give Zero star I would. Good thing was my wife and I didn’t open a account with them. We didn’t feel welcome what so ever horrible customer service.

They are so good at treating you like a person and not just a number. If you are looking for a new bank that is awesome please check out Northwestern Ulen, Dilworth, Moorhead, Fergus Falls or in Detroit Lakes at the Loan Production Office.

Have not been happy as of late with northwestern bank they keep making mistakes on accounts they take money out of my account and the company they said they sent it to does not have and never got it but they charge me overdraft charges for their mistake

Northwestern Bank has helped our business not only get started but helped us immensely through our existence. The whole team is very friendly and everyone knows me by my name. I love this bank as it is family owned.

Deal with multiple accounts, haven't had an issue yet. Have access to online portals, have checks on time, quick deposits. Simple and effective.

500 error for the past 5 hours. No one to contact on phone, email or social media. So much for hometown banking. I'm taking my business where I can get 24/7 customer service resolved.
