The staff were all very nice to me but then when it came to the Dr., I wasn’t so lucky. He seems as if though he has no people skills whatsoever. He never even said hi or how’s your day or anything. He just did his tasks as a Dr. and left it at that. I felt as if though I was a burden to him and just felt totally unwelcome. I will not be going back here again!

The staff at this shop is so helpful! They took the time to help me pick out a flattering set of frames, and patiently walked through the lens options, which were different than my last pair. And holy cats, what a difference! I couldn’t be more pleased, and I’ll be back for my next pair!

I’ve been in the store multiple times and each time I have been greeted by friendly faces. I’ve gotten three pairs of glasses from here and I love every single one of them. Staff has been friendly and helpful and were able to help me all while fulfilling their other duties.

Worst experience I have ever had getting a prescription filled and getting glasses. I've been to see James Connelly twice for prescriptions (two years apart), both times they were wrong and have cost me multiple trips back. The first time I chalked it up to an over-site, now it has become a reoccurring pattern. On top of the prescription being wrong, this time around the workers in front entered in the prescription incorrectly into the order for my lenses - not once, but TWO TIMES. I will never go back to this business again. My prescription is as simple as it gets, a single sight pair of glasses and another with bifocals. I'll just go pay out of pocket for a new prescription somewhere else. Yes, I will pay to avoid them at this point.

UPDATE: I was contacted and I did receive new lenses which I greatly appreciated! I have had no problems with them! TYThis was my first visit to this location and the doctor was amazing!! had new lenses put in my old frames because I really like them and didn't need new ones. THE ISSUE... my lenses started to get spider cracks in them so I stopped in, and the receptionist said we can't do a thing about that. It's due to you putting your glasses on wrong and you didn't buy insurance? I have spring loaded bows on all 5 of the frames I currently have and NONE of my other pairs have cracks in the lenses due to me putting them on wrong. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism. I will not return!

First time customer with James Connelly and the staff here!The service they provided was absolutely phenomenal. James Connelly was thorough during the exam, answered all of my questions and took his time making sure I understood everything. The staff helping at the front desk was so friendly! Kirby was incredibly supportive and answered all questions I had with picking out my first pair of glasses, as well as the other female staff member who was working chimed in with answers as well (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!). Definitely a 10/10 experience I will be coming back to support again!

The visit was easy to understand for being the first time. The questions were answered clearly and so were the expectations. The tests were all very thorough and easygoing. I was happy I went and I will return. There is a great selection of glasses to pick from as well.

Shopko Optical location behind Pizza Ranch on Viking Trail has your back in a pinch. It has a nice open area that makes it easy to see all the choices. I got my frames picked out so quickly with the aid of their friendly staff. They have such a quick turn around, it only took a minute to run in to pick up my new glasses. Big Thanks!!

Tristan, Megan and Kirby were wonderful with my 5 year old daughter. Doctor Connelly was patient with her not identifying letters well and was attentive to her during the whole appointment. Tristan let my daughter pretend to be an optician with her during the purchase of her eyewear and we left with big smiles. 10/10 service with a class act staff!

Appreciated the follow up on my contact lens trial pair. First pair didn't work out then checked my eyesight again and gave me another trial pair. Tristan is an associate there also helped is giving me options for glasses and ordering contacts. Good team!

I had Tristan today and she was so helpful and cheerful. She was kind especially while I was feeling uneasy. I had to choose glasses with my strong prescription and she was so helpful in aiding in my decision making. I appreciate Shopko and all their staff ??

Tristan at the Dillworth MN location is awesome. She took her time in helping pick out two pair of glasses. Explained every little detail about the lens,frames,etc. Great customer service. Because of her I will recommend this location.

I was told I’d be waiting 2 weeks at most for my glasses. No call or emails informing me they would be closed all week (my second week waiting) so now I will be waiting a 3rd without being informed of anything :)

I've been seeing Dr. Connelly for my eye exams for a few years now and have always had a positive experience. The staff has always been very helpful with recommendations as well as fittings. They even exchanged a full pair awhile back because I was unable to adapt to a certain lens. I appreciate how thorough and professional everyone is.
