About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service at 1 1st Ave SE offers reliable mail and package delivery to all addresses across the country. The staff has been helpful in resolving issues, such as fixing a barcode to ensure a package reached its destination. Customers appreciate the effort of employees like Natalie, who went above and beyond by assisting with canceling a shipping label even after the visit. However, some experiences have been disappointing, such as a lack of basic supplies like tape, which caused frustration and led one customer to move away from Minnesota. Overall, USPS provides essential services and job opportunities, with a staff that can be helpful, but experiences can vary.

The Postmistress is so helpful ...and cheerful. Much better to go there than the Moorhead PO...so hard to get to that one and take your life into your hands to cross the street there.

I have never met anyone from Dilworth, MN, but by accident, my package kept being returned to their post office. They fixed the barcode and sent it to the correct destination. Thank you, Dilworth Post Office!

The staff here are some of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Hands down!
