I used to spend a lot of time in this store. Since their remodel/upgrade I hate going into place. Products I used to rely on being in stock are no longer even sold there. It seems like there's a lot more stuff but much less of what I need. I wish it would go back to the way it used to be.

My friend and I, who are both in our mid twenties, tried to buy a bottle of wine here last night. My friend went to purchase and we were both asked for our ID’s. I realized I’d left my wallet out in the car so I started to leave to go grab it and as I was doing so the cashier loudly refused to sell to my friend due to his ID having been expired several days earlier. We both left the store together, I grabbed my valid ID from the car and ran back in. As I approached the entrance the cashier yelled “have a good night” in a harsh tone and waived me off. I continued to approach the counter to show him my valid ID and was very rudely told that I could not buy anything in the store due to having been in the company of someone with an expired license. He didn’t even look at my ID and basically yelled at me to get out of the store. I will never be shopping here again. If I could give this experience -10 stars I would.

My almost 50 year old husband went in to purchase some beverages. They checked his ID, no problem. We've been there many times over the years and have never had issues. However yesterday, he was told that they don't accept foreign IDs. We've never had this happen before...not here, not anywhere.

I had happily did my shopping with my mom , we were both on scooters yesterday and had parked them where the parking lot associate had told us to. A customer greeter ran out the door ran almost to the car ranting that we needed to bring the scooters back inside. That she didn't believe we were disabled enough to be using the carts and leaving for the cart attendant. We were parked in the handicapped section . This happened about 1:45 pm and she was older and wearing maroon pants.. she said if you can walk in you can walk out. She also has long white or platinum blonde hair and a limp. I tried several times to call management. No one picks up the phone .

Oh dear customer service person is working this morning not only is a liar but also to say is that she's not going to do a return on electronics items because she doesn't believe that it's returnable take it to another Walmart spoke to the manager get the item exchanged because it was a manufactures defect and yeah that's why Walmart dilworth is getting a one star rating for me good luck I never getting it higher

This low rating is mainly for the grocery delivery service. I signed up for the Walmart plus program so that I could regularly have my groceries delivered without a service fee. I'm three out of four occasions, the deliverer has either missed delivered or just driven away because he or she was too lazy to bring my groceries through the lobby and up to my door. I am on the second floor and they use the excuse that they could not get through the security even though they don't even bother to call me to confirm the code for entry. Sometimes you'll get the odd responsible driver and you'll get your goods, but it's spotty at best. Also, Walmart uses a sketchy third-party delivery service and the manager at the Dilworth store didn't even know who they were. So if you have a security code, who knows who you're giving it to. Very bad and a terrible experience and I guess I have to go back to the old way. Very disappointed.

The manager is AWESOME prices r cheap and it's small and easy to find things. Employees very helpful
