It is considered the best pet boutique around by many, with some customers finding it worth a long drive for specialty items at a lower price than online. The store offers in-store shopping, contact-free curbside pickup, local delivery, and online ordering. Staff are generally very helpful, friendly, and know what they are doing, offering services like properly fitting dog booties in the store. They host fun events for dogs and owners with games and photo contests. Most experiences are positive, though one customer reported a single bad experience with a staff member. Best pet boutique around!!! My dog is on specialty food and this is the only place that carries it. It's totally worth the 1 hour drive for us to get at a lower price than online.
