i got a HORRIBLE haircut here. i gave TONS of reference photos and told them i wanted a shag. left with “the rachel” as everyone keeps telling me, terrible choppy uneven layers only at the very front of my head and the rest all one length!
DON’T RECOMMEND! complete waste of money. go to the salon across the street, you pay extra but they actually know what they are doing.
Now i get to pay someone to attempt to fix this hack job! yay

BEST HAIRCUT IN DULUTH
After getting about a dozen haircuts at ATOP, I have yet to leave this salon disappointed in any way, shape or form. Michelle is a hair savant and always delivers no matter what I ask for. If you want to look and feel like your best self, A Touch of Plasch is where you need to be!

Michelle has cut my hair multiple times now. She is kind, gentle and has a relaxing presence. We've shared lovely conversations each time I have seen her. By far the best salon in town!! They do it all and do it well. Today was a fancy french manicure by Oliva, last week was beautiful natural lashes by Mandy, and of course hair by Eric or Harvey!!I've actually had my hair done by most of the stylists over the year. You can't go wrong, they are all top in class.

Jenica did my hair and makeup for my wedding on June 15, 2024, and she was amazing! She was able to help me pick a makeup vibe during my trial styling and was always so kind and easy to talk to. She cares about making you feel gorgeous and checks-in to make sure you feel good about the way your look is coming together both during the trial and day-of. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Angel is exactly that, an absolute angel. I can see why she is so hard to book! There’s happy with your hair, and then there’s absolutely ecstatic about it. She knew my (many) hair traumas and handled my hair gently, and made sure I was doing ok the whole time. It doesn’t hurt that she’s a gem of a human too. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else. And, one day when I win the lottery, I’ll fly her wherever I am ?
