Seems as tho every time I go to burggrafs ace hardware, there's always some kind of a problem from rude staff to unskilled staff! I called and asked if they program key fobs. I told them I bought one online, I asked how much, they said free. I stopped in then they told me only if I buy fob from them. I'll call that bait and switch. To say the least, very disappointing again

I needed a specialty battery, and it was not specifically identified on the actual label. The clerk checked the computer data and showed me it was the correct battery even with a changed number. I needed that assistance.

Was just there tonight. In a bind traveling with hockey team and forgot regulator for blackstone grill, which has a fitting you can’t find anywhere and can only be ordered online from blackstone. Whole team was waiting to eat and they let us take one off display model and they ordered the replacement for themselves. No other big retail store in Duluth would do something like that. Went above and beyond to help. Hopefully the kid who did that for us doesn’t get in trouble for going out of the box to help us. Big thanks to him.
