They won't honor an emailed price they advertised via email. That is switch and bait. The email was for a 5 amp battery kit and the online promo is a 2 amp hour kit. Any reputable company would honor their advertising mistake.

Kellie H was incredibly helpful. I had several questions on tools bags and specific tools. She was able to guide me to purchase the correct items using her knowledge and personal experience. I wish all companies had staff that actually cared as much as she did. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you Kellie and ACME!

Sad to say but one of your finer employees dropped the ball. Purchased two Milwaukee heated jackets for Christmas presents with a rebate offering a extra free rechargeable battery. Sorry we are currently out of the rebates but you can redeem them on line. Ok, went online and now I can't find a vendor button to click on where I purchased them from in Duluth other than Westco. Brought my receipts in to your store for some assistance and your finer employee seemed oblivious to my delema. Finer employee said let's call my Milwaukee rep, I said Great!
Milwaukee rep didn't answer so we left them a message. I left my company business card with your finer employee with hopes of a call back.......Cricket's. Maybe I didn't spend enough money there or the finer employee had a larger customer to take care of? What ever the circumstances I was not satisfied. Bought two Milwaukee vest last week for my sons at Fleet Farm and they were $20 cheaper and the employee that helped me out was trustworthy and very helpful.

Bought a Honda snowblower 2021, which has been an excellent machine. I needed some common pins today 3/25/24 and nothing available for parts. The answer was "that we don't have room for parts" . It's a great supply for new tools and equipment but you'll need to go to Dennys Lawn & Garden if you need parts.

I went for replacement tools for umd, not realizing it was a celebration of all things dewalt! Everything was on sale and I got a free clock! Hilariously we needed a clock for the shop, so yay!

A cautionary tale. In late December I ordered a Milwaukee Packout item from ACME Tool and like most I took advantage of the "free shipping". If your not already aware that free shipping DOES NOT require a signature for delivery. So depending on your area and the level of "porch piracy" and or how dimwitted your delivery driver is (in my case FedEx) you are NOT covered if the package goes missing. This stated I contacted ACME Tool and was simply told to contact my local Police Department. I had already called them as was told that it would be very unlikely to recover my item. I also called FedEx and filed a complaint about how the delivery was handled. Driver left package on my front porch right in front of the door. In the wide open for any and all that pass by to see. FedEx gave me a reference number and told me to contact ACME Tool and instruct them to file a claim, the item would be covered. So I called ACME Tool about a week ago and gave them the required information. Fast forward to today, I called them to check up on the matter and was told they did not and will not contact FedEx. That I need to take up the matter with the local police. So please be aware that if you have trouble with your delivery you'll get little to no assistance from ACME Tool.

Horrible customer service. Ordered over a month ago with no updates. I have to continue to reach out to get information. Now Acme is telling me another 3 to 4 months!! I purchased with a dewalt sale through Acme vs buying local. Now the discount is not available and I have to go buy locally for full price. Complete bait and switch. I don't think Acme had any intentions of actually fulfilling this order. I have purchased many items in the past with no issues. Clearly, they have changed their customer service and are into deception and tricking the customer.

Purchased a defective sharkgrip catspaw and broke on second framing nail pull. Acme said tough luck.Purchased a Tajima chaulk line and the knob on the handle broke first month of use. Acme said tough luck.Will not be purchasing hand tools from Acme going forward
