Aerostitch has the best riding apparel, best customer service, highest quality construction and materials, most reliable riding suit and is made in the USA! I have been covered in an Aerostitch suit since 1996, My wife and my son also trust Aerostitch with their lives. I ride between 10,000 and 20,000 miles a year an never leave my garage without one of my riding suits on. I have a Darien Jacket and Pants and a Full Roadcrafter I trust. Not having one of those on is like riding only in my underwear - I feel naked and totally vulnerable. I love my suits and trust my well being and my family's well being on the integrity of their gear.
Aerostitch is an American company making an American product that saves lives all over the world. The company feeds more than a dozen families with the employment they provide in Duluth Minnesota, and they have been churning out the highest quality, best made riding apparel for decades. Their focus on customer support and seeing that your suit fits you comfortably, safely and reliably shows during every interaction you have with their company.
If you want to survive your next unplanned dismount, as I have on more than one occasion, and do so with hardly a bump or bruise, then this is your suit and the folks at Aerostitch are the people to see you get the best suit your money can buy.
1996 Red/Black Roadcrafter (handed down to my son and still riding today in good shape)
1998 Gray/Red Roadcrafter Two Piece My Wife's Suit
2006 Darien Pants and Jacket Just (put 2000 miles on them in 10 days in SD/WY/UT/MT 07/2024)
2024 Gray/Red Roadcrafter - my new suit - they will probably bury me in this suit as I turn 60yrs old this year!
Buy with confidence, buy American, ride often, ride well protected!

If you want quality gear this is the place to get it. Got some gel padded cow hide leather gloves to help combat the cold out here and they are incredible. They have full riding suits, pants, jackets, travel gear...just about anything you would need to be prepared for the ride. I'd recommend them to anyone ??

This company is a rip-off. They put a hold on my card for a product, and when they removed the hold, they kept the money. Refused to look into it and told me I would be charged again at the time of delivery. I do not recommend this company as I am now $115 in the hole due to their lack of competence.

What a fantastic experience. Rode here from Oregon for the Very Boring Rally (VBR5) 40 year anniversary. I had a 20 year old hand me down Roadcrafter suit that was getting very tired and didn’t fit me perfectly. It is and has been an absolutely terrific piece of protection but it was time for a new one. So I was excited to see they were having an anniversary celebration during the timeframe I was planning to travel in the general area. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable and they seem genuinely passionate about what they do and seeing that everyone who steps foot inside gets finest of service. Took a tour of the factory to see where all the exceptional craftsmanship takes place. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

If you're serious about riding motorcycles, you need to check them out. A wide variety of protective riding gear is made in house at their Duluth, MN headquarters. Certainly stop by and check out their show room. They have a great fitting area for you to try on their gear. They'll take measurements and custom build a suit just for you. They also have stock sizes in stock that you can purchase the same day. They offer plenty of options for integrable impact absorbing fall protection as well. They also make heated underlayment for your suit for riding when it starts getting cold or if your adventure even during Winter. They also offer a wide variety of products all related to the art of motorcycle riding. They offer shipping to all 50 states, and internationally. A famous musician, the late Neil Pert of Rush used to ride in gear from Aerostitch. They also have their famous catalog, which is how it all started. They obviously have a website now that you make orders on or certainly call their home office and speak to one of their awesome customer service representatives.

I rode up to the Very Boring Rally at Aerostich world headquarters. After buying their USA made products for more than two decades, I had to visit. Well worth the time and money.
