I personally very rarely shop at American eagle due to its bizarre size to size options when it comes to their denim BUT lately, I have been pleasantly surprised by the consistency of their sizes. They had amazing deals for both men and women plus their shorts don’t cost an arm and a leg which is very helpful in this already hot summer.

Ari assisted me today with a return. Her customer service was phenomenal! Upbeat, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was customer service that used to be standard 15 years ago in retail. Highly recommended her!

Love this store! They have jeans for all ages/sizes and can practically special order anything in tall/short. The workers are always so sweet and helpful and I always get a warm greeting when I go in.

Returned a $12 pair of pants, they required me to give my personal information to make the return when I said no. Forced me to be a part of their demographics giving my name, address, phone number instead of accepting my receipt, item, and I had my card present. Never coming back because they do not respect the right to privacy.

Today was the most horrible experience I could have had at AE...taking my 13 year old grandson looking for a pair of jeans..NO one even asked us if we needed any help..had to ask for fitting room and find different sizes myself..then whet to check out...person ( who appeared to be in charge) was very rude to say she can help over there. (The other associate..who was busy..?)Thought jeans were on sale...again person who appeared to be in charge rudely brought us to table where the jeans were on and rudely said..sign on for sale is only directly above...very misleading advertising...So ended up paying 70$ for a pair ofjeans..not ..happy...BUT IT DOESN'T END....THANKFULLY HAD GRANDSON TRY ON JEANS AGAIN AT HOME...AND TO FIND OUT THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE INK TAG...NOW IT IS 7:45CALLED THE STORE.. CLOSES AT 8..EXPLAINED SITUATION..AGAIN SAME PERSON IN CHARGE..AND NO MERSY.."MAM IF YOU ARE NOT HER BY 8 WE CAN NOT HELP YOU UNTIL 10am tomorrow..kid wearing jeans to school for a dance...FRUSTRATING...DROVE TO STORE..ARRIVED AT 7:56...GOT IN EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE..AND SHE again rude and Was able to turn it around me....like my fault TAG was not removed and sensor didn't go off...what??? She even said she didn't need to complete transaction if i continued my concerns....and I dont need to remove the tag...Are you kidding me....??I will never step foot in that AE again!Shame on her for the most disrespectful service /ExperienceI know it is hard to get help these days but with that kind ..no help is better..no need to open shop!Very Disappointing ?

This is my 4th time coming to this store and I am simply blown away at how organized everything is! Great customer service and very friendly workers! Came in looking for jeans and they helped me find the perfect ones!
