“We had purchased a Samsung refrigerator for my daughter in the twin cities at a Home Depot store near her. There were issues with the refrigerator and I was getting nowhere with Samsung honoring the warranty. In desperation, I went to the Duluth Home Depot store near my own home to ask for advice and Dave in the appliance department was able to help me. He stepped in- right then and there to and call Samsung directly... and got them to correct the situation. This store had no obligation to us for what happened with a purchase in another store, yet Dave went the extra mile to help a customer out and I can never thank him enough. Selection of products is one thing, but customer service is what really matters. I shop at Home Depot and will continue to do so. I would recommend this store to anyone.”

“I decided to test my luck with an walk in appointment at the Duluth Geek Squad location. Brandon Napoi was on his lunch break but cut it short to help me troubleshoot an internet connectivity problem I was having on my Microsoft Surface. Brandon was so nice and friendly. I told him I did all the steps online recommended. He wanted to try them just incase and when he ran into the same issue he took a different approach and changed the GHz to include 2.4 band and it my computer connected to the hotspot finally! “Superb service! Dishwasher outage caused a panic, but Johnson Mertz came to the rescue and we are back in the automatic dishwashing business (the manual process is not optimal for my poor old hands.) All interaction was virtual. I never stepped foot in a store. Perfectly seamless. Thank you!!!”
