I had a configuration issue with my phone and this AT&T Mobility store was nearby. When I entered the store a Retail Sales Consultant, Jonas Class, greeted me politely and offered assistance. Jonas understood the problem I was describing. He quickly and professionally resolved the issue and then tested the device to ensure a proper result. Great service!

This store is okay. Local stores can't do anything anymore it seems besides selling you a phone and a plan. Beyond that they're useless. The corporate is what this review is for. Had a warranty phone that I returned on April 30th and am getting charged for an unreturned device 2 months later. No one seems to know what's going on when I call 611. Apparently I'm owed a credit but I've yet to see it. I keep getting told that in 13 business days yous would see something and that the case is getting escalated. Well 1+ month later, no credit and forced me to pay the unreturned device fee by shutting my account down.

My experiences with multiple att store employees has been horrible customer service. The two stores in redding california and four of their employees looked at my iphone 12 that had displayed the SOS in upper right corner after my Apple April 23 IOS download took place and could not diagnose the problem for me correctly. They all came back with the same solution of just scraping my phone and signing up for a new 2 year contract with an $800 trade in credit for my phone. Their second option for me was to repair the phone at an authorized Apple repair place which was Geek Squad inside Best Buy. After hearing this I decided to pay Geek Squad for the diagnosis. I was told by the pro technicians at Geek Squad the reason for my phone being broken was probably due to a corrupt IOS download that had also done the same thing to their lead repair techs phone. I was believing all this information until they came back out and told me sorry your antennae is broken. They said they would be happy to fix my phone for $530. I was in shock at the price i was quoted and left paying the $40 for their 20 minute session with my phone. My next option was to try and repair the phone myself so i went to amazon and found a new antennae for $8 with all the tools and supplies to do this repair. At this point i had nothing to lose because att employees assured me that my phone’s trade in of $800 would still be honored no matter what condition my phone was in.
I luckily had my iphone 8 as a backup phone so i held off on my repair and left calif to go to hibbing minnesota for the summer. I took my 12 with me.
I was here in minnesota and now my iphone 8 goes into a NO SERVICE and I’m right back at the att stores in a small town here called Hermantown. The rep there replaced my sim card and then told me that my phone was broken and he could not help me. I stopped at another att store up the road and the rep there also tried a new sim card and was able to download the latest update on her wifi and said that would fix my phone. I had to leave so she instructed me to download the update at home and this would fix my problem. So i get home and it was not able to finish the download so I called the ATT customer service number. I waited almost 1/2 hour for someone to answer the phone and the person who answered told me after going back and forth for almost 20 minutes that ATT was repairing a cell tower in my Hibbing neighborhood and that the band width for all the customers was only so large so only a selected few were able to get this signal. My boyfriends phone was still at 4 bars on his iphone 8 at this same time. He told me to try for the next two days and that my service would be restored. Two days went by then a week still NO S ERVICE. I’ m totally frustrated with ATT now at this point. I decided I would go to the ATT store here in Hibbing MN to take my iphone 8 in for a check. I walk into the store and one rep is all they had on staff and two customers ahead of me. Gal there tells me to come back tomorrow cause her second employee gone and was having a baby. Ok. So I go back the next day and the same gal sees me and i had both of my phones with me. Before i even had a chance to explain my iphone 8’s problem she picked up my 12 and looked at it and had it fixed in less than two minutes!!!!!!! She smiles at me and says here you go I fixed it. At this point to my amazement I said what did you do?? She said it was simple I installed an Esim and the SOS was resolved!!!! I told her how many hands had touched my phone and she politely said well there is alot of “money grabbing” going on in this world and I’m happy to help you. I asked her if I could pay her for her service and she said just give me a good review on our website. I did just that.

Corporate America at its finest with att!Trying to get issues resolved with them is a joke. Keep getting charged for service I do not use. They seem to not know how to fix the problem their systems create!

Came into a Duluth AT&T store and was quickly approached by a positive, well spoken, and enthusiastic young person with a knowledge base in all the aspects of what I needed. Very refreshing that one person could address my concerns quickly, confidently without having to ask permission from 4 other people to get simple things done. Thanks so much !!!!

My husband and I were told that AT &T had better cell coverage than Verizon just north of Bayfield. We visited the store, and were given excellent treatment. Kaleb knew what he was talking about and could really relate to "seniors." Not only did he give us good service, but he didn't oversell. He was a pleasure to work with.

Had the quickest trip to AT&T on Central Entrance to update my payment plan. In and out in about 7 minutes! Those folks know what they are doing! I’ve used other AT&T stores and never had the service that I get at the Central Entrance store in Duluth.Trust me, I had to cope with Straight Talk 5 times to resolve the same type of issue and wanted to scream. Ugh
