Showed up on 1/28/25 at 6:50 to find the store locked. Hours say open till 8 on google, if you call them says the same hours. Store was lit up, looked open. Doors locked no answer on phone. Maybe figure out your hours.

Very unhappy , I was told when I made my purchase that old phone had a trade value amount that would be equal to price of new phone. I was told I could take old phone home to remove items as needed and bring old phone back in within 30 days. Which I did only to then find out my old phone did not qualify for the amount the salesperson told us, so im result the final bill is higher then what we were quoted. My old phone has been wiped already. Very unhappy

Rude employees go to the one down the street on central and none of them wear name tapes so you don’t know who they are. This one is managed poorly.

I was very happy with the service I received..A big shout out to Rick the sales representative that helped us..we had a very positive experience which isn't always how it has gone..if you need cellphone help ask for Rick and you will be happy you Did.. Great service!!

Went in with my wife to get her account fixed, and the staff was awesome. It was a unique situation between At&t and first net it took some time, but a solution was found. Store was clean and staff was very helpful.

I've been with AT&T for many, many years. We've now had an ongoing issue that still hasn't been resolved since Jan 3, 2024 when we 1st attempted to resolve it at a local AT&T location.

AT&T service representative could not resolve problem where purchased Apple phone and watch cannot communicate with each other. We have been paying for services we have never been able to use.Seriously considering T-Mobile.
