The last oil change on my wife’s vehicle the plug was installed incorrectly and the oil drained out to the point the oil light came on. The shop we had look at it confirmed the plug was cross threaded when it was removed. I’ve called to talk to a manager and have not received a call back or any accountability for this crucial mistake.

Manager reached out and went above and beyond to make things right very happy with outcome and they made it right

My experience at the Superior Location was great, my alternator went and I was able to bring my truck to them the next day, the service advisor was kind and easy to work with. My truck was done after only 4 hours, the pricing is fair and the job they do is excellent and fast. I recommend them to anyone and I will be getting my future maintenance done with them.

I had a great experience with auto ace express lube! On an extremely cold day, my tire pressure was very low, and I wasn’t able to use the gas station’s air compressor. They not only helped me pump air into my tires but also I called ahead to ensure they could assist me. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I sincerely appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommend them!

Hands down the best place to get an oil change in Duluth. The staff is friendly and efficient and never tries to sell products that are not needed. They also offer free top off service between oil changes including tire pressure checks, filling oil and other fluids.

I always promoted autoace and liked going there. Until
I went in 10-24-24 @ 4:28 pm
Pulled up to door in a large truck with old school wide truck mirrors and the attendant was signaling pull forward.
Pulled forward and observed passenger mirror about to collide with door
I reversed to square up to door and attendant yelled NO pay attention to me.
Nope I left immediately. I'm not getting screwed by a mouth breather who yells at customers.
He's willing to yell and demand, short tempered. Nah thays how you get blamed for him stripping plugs and forgetting oil filter gaskets.
Hire some real techs that can handle social interactions with the public
