Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolute waste of time and money. I would give zero stars if I could. They mislead me for weeks and then refused to set up a time to meet with me. Don't waste your time with a business that doesn't care about you.

A Back To Basics Storage is the best - don’t waste time going anywhere else! They helped me when I was in a pinch. It is easy to book and make an appointment, and Marcia and John are a professional mom and pop storage company with great customer service. I was on a tight schedule and had several kinks in my plans and they went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure everything was ok with monthly storage of my auto. Great facilities and great service. Thanks again for all your help. Darren
