This used to be the place if you needed electronics or appliances. So many online options now store inside doesn't feel the same.
Just ordered a ready in 1 hour curbside pickup dishwasher, took over an hour to get here, still not ready and waited extra 30m so far... with nowhere to eat at this Plaza the wait is not giving them the stars they deserve for maintaining relevance in this digital world.

My experience was mostly great. The two sales associates that helped me were absolutely fantastic! They were very knowledgeable about the networking products I was purchasing and helped me find everything I needed. When I was checking out is when my experience went from great to meh 🤷♀️.
The kid working the register seemed extremely annoyed that he had to ring up my items. After I paid he pushed my 5 items towards me and told me to have a nice day. I then asked for a bag and that was the breaking point for this kid. He aggressively whipped a bag open and very dramatically threw each of my items in the bag, one at a time. Then he looks at me while handing the bag towards me and very sarcastically says " have a great day" then proceeded to purposely drop the bag onto the counter and "miss" actually handing it to me.
Can somebody please check on him? I don't think he's ok.

Logan Van Sant delivered/installed my mom's washer and dryer. He was very kind, efficient, professional and friendly! She was so impressed! He carefully explained to her how everything worked and made her feel confident doing it on her own. She'd give more than 5 stars if she could!

This was guaranteed to be in excellent condition when I got it in the mail, it was fair at best. When I asked why they tried to pass the fair condition off as an excellent and if they could compensate my time and money for something they didn't deliver they only offered to refund me. Of course they would too, they stood to make 600 bucks off reselling it to someone else and refused to honor the sales price they had when I bought this laptop. All in all I would avoid buying anything from best buy, you can get the same quality from Amazon and other laptop refurbish companies online with tje same warranties and for cheaper. What used to be a great company has sadly, i think, fallen on hard times due to all the online sale sites and now they're intentionally screwing over dedicated customers versus making things right.... my family and friends will no longer be buying anything from best buy. This laptop obviously overheated and thats why the plastics warped or something to that effect and was also dropped, the box it came in for shipping wasnt damaged so cant blame it on shipping..... According to their definitions this laptop would be in fair condition, not excellent. Like promised. Really disappointed best buy, also try to remind your geek squad personnel that not all women that come into your store are computer illiterate and easy to manipulate.

Wow.. my former favorite place on Earth is now 90% boxed televisions, literally no movies or music, and a few computer options. I used to be able to browse for an hour and leave with a ton of great buys... now it just depresses me since there are so few choices. Guess I just shop online and pickup in the parking lot.. wheeeee

Whatever you do. Don't order to the store. It's ALWAYS a problem. Second time this year they've messed it up. Last time I paid for the product, said it'd be ready in an hour. It's visibly in stock, and 3 hours later they won't release it to me cause of "fraud verification". I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! Absolutely ridiculous. I had to pay for an expensive computer for second time that day at the store before I even got a refund for my original order. Unless youre picking up at the store, just use Amazon or Walmart; It's not worth the incompetence and headaches.
