Just took my granddaughter school clothes shopping this morning. Buckle staff in the Duluth MN store was amazing! The shop was neat and tidy, and every employee was welcoming and cheerful. They carried on some nice conversation with me while my granddaughter tried on clothes, all the while tending to their tasks and promptly greeting and helping other customers. Buckle staff member Ray was particularly helpful as she continually retrieved clothes my granddaughter had hung over the changing room door, returning each time with a fresh supply of jeans and tops in the styles my granddaughter indicated she preferred. It was like we had brought our own personal shopper with us! Ray made today's shopping experience extremely enjoyable! She also probably sold an additional $200 worth of clothes than we'd have purchased without all her help. That gal deserves a raise!

Just wanted to leave a very kind review for Ian and Jackie (sorry if i spelled your names wrong) but they did a fantastic job helping my finance and I with the perfume and watch accessories. Ended up getting both ends of the products and they kindly resized the watch for me to fit my personal preference and even assisted my finance with the credit card process. Amazing people, thank you so much!

Been going to this store for a few years now, bought from it multiple times. Though I love the items, I regret walking in every time. I’ve gone in with my friend and my boyfriend on different separate times and the treatment towards me has always been off. They greet and welcome people in (as they should), they’ll address the people I’m with but completely ignore me. When reading these reviews I see a pattern on the employees hovering and pressuring customers, I can’t even say I have that experience. They don’t offer to find my sizes, offer dressing rooms, assistance and they don’t even ask for my phone number/account at the counter. Every time I go in there I feel judged, ignored and embarrassed when I try to shop or engage in small talk about an item I’m interested in. The women that work there have gotten to know my friend on a personal level, knowing what to help her look for and find her the best deals… I don’t even get a welcome in the store. Might sound weird, I know but if I’m a customer I expect fairness in the way you treat ALL customers. There was another instance with another employee who was clearly being too touchy and flirty with my boyfriend 2 years ago around thanksgiving time. When he mentioned I was his girlfriend her behavior change drastically and from what was once ignoring me when a I asked a question it was no eye contact, stood in front of me between my boyfriend and was rude at the counter. I’ve left that store in tears. I get maybe the times I came in, I wasn’t wearing makeup and my hair was in a bun or something but I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store before. This behavior has been noticed by my friend, my boyfriend and even some other family/friends… I know I’m not being dramatic.

Will never ever come to the Duluth location ever again!Associates push so much stuff on you and give you no personal space. You tell them something you don’t like and they turn it on you like it’s your fault? Absolute ignorance from the tall brunette. Then they go and gossip about you. Buckle needs to RETRAIN their employees!No respect for the customer’s wishes.I absolutely love their store, and buying online which I’m sticking to from now on.After my experience there I went back and returned the item.I felt like I bought their attitude.
