“I went in with a screw that I had found behind a wall that was used for framing and pretty much everything in the trailer i am fixing. I was told by other places, when I only had a picture that it was AI and pretty much brushed off. The woman that helped me looked at the screw, kinda gave it a look like wth and looked in the computer for about a minute before she gave me the name of the screw. I had brought the screw with me to another store and they told me it was a stripped screw and that's the reason it looked like that. I felt so relieved that I actually had an answer, they don't even sell bits, but took the time to find it for me and gave me a list of stores that should have it in stock. I can not express how much it meant to me to not be dismissed and given an actual answer, especially because I couldn't even buy the product from their store. Thank you so much! BTW the screw was a clutch head screw.”

“Reasonably quick unload. They don't care if you untarp before checking in, just don't do it the night before.
1 star deduction because of poor communication. Forklift operator grabbed a bundle and sat there as I was figuring out my next load. Finally honked at me, wanting me to stack the drywall dunnage for him. I'm fine with helping, but use words. Don't sit there and think, I have stuff to do too.”
