I came in earlier in the day and got approved for a vehicle. I then had to leave and take care of some other things. Then came back later and the sales woman stayed late to get me in a vehicle.

People are friendly yes but buyer beware. 7 days in and the check engine light comes on, it’s 10pm and I haven’t driven the car the last three days because I’ve been off. Overall use it if you need it but beware, a week after owning it I was already replacing parts and you’d think for $12000 it wouldn’t be like that.

Horrible Company. They Approved me Due to me having a job. They said all I needed was just a recent paystub. I brought them my Stub then she did the Same thing they have done to me Everytime. They all the Sudden said I had to wait 90 days because my job iv had for more then 4 Months is not good enough. I had left their lot 2 TIMES THIS WEEK AND BOUGHT 2 CARS OFF A DEALERSHIP LOT. CAR HOP IS A BAD COMPANY!!!!!!! LIZ IS THE ONE WHO WORKED WITH ME. THE GIRLS ARE RUDE AND LIED TO ME. DO NOT GO TO CAR HOP.

Everything on the lot is junk we only had the suv for 6 months an it's been in the shop twice and there is 50,000 just in repairs that has to be done an I've told them they need to fix the problems so I'm going to get them to fix it I will never do business with them ever again and I don't recommend any one else either
