Really not helpful that my card is locked on a weekend in another state and there is no one available to help. The fraud prevention text thing never works and I always have to call to get it fixed.

AVOID!!!! AT ALL COSTS!!!! Had to have 2 forms of ID to cash a check drawn on an account OF THEIR CUSTOMER!! My government issued identification wasn't good enough how stupid can you be?!? And then they charged me a 1% fee of the over all total of the check!!! AVOID!!!
