Horrible bank. Bad systems. Phantom happenings with no explanations. They’ll charge you every chance they get. If you don’t change banks look at your statement carefully. Go to any other credit union.

Customer service is terrible. Bummed I got my auto loan through this credit union. Avoid if possible.

recently remodeled across the street from the former (Hermantown Federal) Duluth location. This is smaller location than the one in H-town, usually with two tellers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
