I went looking for a silly friendship necklace and I got what I was looking for. 1 star was docked because there was a family in line before me that wanted to get 3 or so piercings, however the store only had one clerk— who was now soothing a handful of fussy toddlers and getting them to pick earrings— and that made buying my 2 items take what felt like months.

Went to Claire’s to get my ears re-pierced because I could not get earrings in anymore. The Claire’s rep, Whitney, said she would check to be sure that they were fully closed and within 10 minutes all 4 of my holes were open! She did a great job sterilizing my lobes and patiently working an earring in each one. What great customer service! Instead of paying for a piercing I picked up some new earrings. I was looking for a specific type and she looked through all of the store and even the boxed items under the counter. I had a great visit thanks to Whitney! Thank you

They only had one staff member working for a Saturday. As my daughter and I were about to check out, the clerk announced that she wouldn't be at the register for a while because she had to pierce people. (granted they were waiting since we walked in, but this is where they should have had two staff members on shift). So we just put our stuff down and left.

My granddaughter got her ears pierced. She was so excited! The manager who pierced them was kind and made my granddaughter feel relaxed.

I went to Claire's today to purchase nose rings. The women working was rude and appeared to be bothered by having to open case. I noticed 4 of the earrings were missing. When I went to return she accused me of taking 4 out of package because she stated I would have noticed inappropriate. Terrible customer service. Never go back. This is why people buy from amazon.
