About Clover Valley Farms
We are a small farm in historic Clover Valley just outside of Duluth MN. We specialize in culinary vinegars, shrubs, herb infused salts, mustards and other sauces & jams made from from scratch using fruits & herbs we grow. Our vinegars are double fermented, first from fruit into wine, then from wine into vinegars. A small flock of sheep graze our orchards and provide us with high quality meats and sheep's wool. Cindy does natural dyeing and wet felting, while Jeff does fabulous wood turning.
