The ladies at this store were wonderful to me! We were in town for the day, and I decided to pop in and peek around! They were fun and bubbly to talk with, helpful in my making a decision, and quick to get my transaction finished for me, as my husband was waiting. I’d definitely go here again!

The staff here are second to none. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a warm welcome. Before I had a plan the staff made me feel like I should buy something just by being friendly. I found unique items and also cutting-edge items that I would find in New York City. Unbelievable visit for sure. I don't believe you'll have a disappointing visit. The location is placed in a great spot in a quality mall. The hiring manager needs a raise along with staff they've hired. Quality across the board if you haven't understood my earlier sentiments. The location is fairly new, but I have a feeling it will be a regional leader in no time.

When I wanted to buy a purse secretly for my SO for Christmas, I didn't mean immediately email her a receipt and a review of her service at the store. Easy way to ruin her big Christmas present. Now, for the store and people themselves, 5/5. The store was plannogrammed beautifully, and the workers were wonderful. I do understand that the technical issue I had was in no way the fault of the workers, and I truly want to express how wonderful they are.

For the record, I really have always admired the Coach brand and their efforts to make a classic, well constructed bag. This review is about this store and it’s management. I have never owned a coach purse before, but I made a goal for myself several years ago. After med school loans, mortgage, and kids college funds started I would finally buy one. I did so at Ridgedale, but regretted my color choice. I finally made a trip to Duluth after a few weeks after purchasing. I was greeted by a manager and her pretentious employee. He looked at my purse and then was quickly summoned to the back to talk with her. After they came back he told me they couldn’t return it because it had scratches on it. I was so confused. When I purchased it I saw the employee take it out of the box when I bought it, and I only personally handled it once at home in the mirror. I could not see any scratches on it. I called the nice associate I worked with at Ridgedale. As I was explaining the situation on the phone the manager started talking loudly to me, “miss, we cannot take this back because I would be unable to sell it”. I left in tears. I felt completely misjudged. I would never return a purse I had used. Luckily the manager at Ridgedale remembered me and was kind enough to spend hours on the phone with Duluth advocating for me to come back a second tome to return it. The manager at Duluth even made up a lie to cover herself for the reason she couldn’t take the purse the first time. I feel so bad for the employees who have to work with this woman. Do not buy anything from this store unless you are 100% sure you will not need to return it. I would recommend buying online.

I want to start off by saying that there is nothing wrong with the product I purchased, the wallet is of excellent quality; it is the customer service that I'm extremely dissatisfied with. When I first walked into the store I was greeted very cheerfully by the manager, a good first impression. I told her I was looking for a new wallet, and told her exactly what I was looking for as I already found the one I wanted online. The look on her face suggested she was surprised I was able to afford a Coach wallet. She showed me the one I had picked out, and I was ready to make the purchase; however, she wanted to try to sell me something more expensive that I didn't want. She was pretty pushy in trying to get me to buy the more expensive one, I refused. I told her the one I picked out online was more than suitable for me, so she sent another employee to the back to grab it for me. After she had finished checking me out, I still didn't have my wallet. I was waiting around for probably 5-10 minutes for the other employee to grab the wallet from the back. While I was waiting she proceeded to help other customers, no big deal. She seemed to be much more conversational with them, and friendlier because they seemed to fit the "Coach profile" more than I did. When I finally got my wallet I said thank you to the woman who packed it up for me, and proceeded to leave the store. It wasn't until I was right at the door that I was told to have a nice day, this seemed like an afterthought on their part to me. I put the contents of my old wallet in the Coach wallet as soon as I got to my car. After using the wallet for about a day I realized I didn't really like the style. I figured no big deal, I'll just return it when I have time. I waited until the very end of the 30 day return window to make the return, this shouldn't be a big deal. I walked into the store and was once again greeted by the manager. I told her I would like to return the wallet and the first thing she said was that they were unable to return the item because it was used. I had used it for less than a day, I told her this but she still refused to make the return, and directed me towards the sale wallets to try to "accommodate" me. It shouldn't matter if I used it for less than a day, or the whole 30 days. The point of a return or exchange is to ensure the customer is satisfied with the product they purchased. After experimenting with it for a day I decided I was dissatisfied, and didn't think it was a big deal to return it. Apparently Coach doesn't want their customers to be satisfied with the products they purchased, and aren't willing to accommodate them if they purchased something they didn't like. I would NOT recommend buying a product from Coach unless you are 100% sure you will be satisfied with it, or until they change their return policy to something more reasonable.

In summary, 1) the product is of excellent quality, just not exactly what I was looking for. 2) The manager I dealt with came across as rude, and snippy to me even though I was very polite to her. 3) Coach's return policy is ridiculous and prevents customers from being satisfied if they made a purchase they didn't like. This is definitely a purchase I regret. Coach's return policy in my words: You touched it? Sorry, we can't take it back.
