Just got tires rotated and balanced and 20 minutes into the drive our car is shaking a lot. We pull over to check the tires and the nuts were almost coming off. They only finger tightened it. We have kids in the car and that dangerous! Please just do better at keeping the community safer.

IT'S NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. They ruined 12/20 of my lugnuts and ruined the thread of one of my inserts so a new lugnut couldn't even be placed and I had to replace the whole hub. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME. They left a lugnut out entirely on each back tire and threw the missing bolts in my back seat so I didn't notice right away. The wheels weren't mounted all the way and I had to have them fully remounted. By the way this horrendous job took over THREE HOURS and I had an appointment that I arrived on time for. Just no, absolutely do not go here. I spent more money repairing my car than I saved on the tires.

DO NOT GO HERE! On 7/28/2024, I had a flat and the only place open at that day/time was Costco Tire Center. Originally went in to just get the flat replaced but then was told it’d be safer to have 2 new rear tires instead of the 1 tire. Totally understandable. However a couple weeks ago, my tire almost CAME COMPLETELY OFF while driving. Since getting it changed, I checked it MORE THAN 10 times to make sure my lugnuts weren’t loose and that my tires were both safe. My rim for my truck is completely ruined now and Costco says it’s not their fault. However, I had Walmart replace my 2 front tires LAST SUMMER, and those are still as tight as they were when I got the job done. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AT RISK OF GETTING IN AN ACCIDENT. Pics provided below. Thanks

I had needed new tires, went to the tire center and ordered new tires. They took at week to come in. I scheduled the install. I made the appointment and in the middle of the install they called me and told me that they couldn’t install the tires because they couldn’t lift the vehicle. It’s a little rusty but all the other shops have put it on the lift just fine. It is Minnesota, so there is going to be salt rust. I have done work on it myself and was able to jack it up perfectly fine. I told them since they can’t install them and since I would have to take it to another shop to get it installed I would be charged for it. I asked for a partial refund to compensate for the additional charge I would be forced to pay going somewhere else for their lack of ability to install my tires. The said “you probably will get charged but we won’t give you a partial refund”. They said “we can refund you and you can go somewhere else”. They also said I “could bring my car home, put it on blocks, find a ride back into town, get my tires put on my wheels and then bring them home to install them myself.” What a joke. The manager was rude, the tech installing my tires, she didn’t know what she was doing and the other techs were of no help at all.. I took it to another shop to get them installed the next day and they did it just fine. If you have a brand new car they will work on it but any other vehicle they struggle. 0/10 do not recommend bringing your vehicle there. If I could give zero stars I would.

Workers are nice enough but their communication skills could use a lot of work. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a tire rotation… They didn’t call and told me to been sitting there for a while after I checked about 15 minutes prior

They include balance and the rotation when you purchase the tires. Awesome! But it takes a SOLID 90-120min to do it of not more. It's ridiculous!

This place is fantastic!! I feel like a fat kid in a chocolate cake factory when walking through those gangway doors. Do you know how much stuff is in this place?!?!?! A lot! Haha I havnt walked through a Costco since I was kid in California but this one here in Hermantown, MN sure did not let me down. It's amazing! The stuff you find in bulk and the price for it saves you astronomically compared to going to anywhere else. Don't get me wrong, I like other stores too but this one for a family of 6 definitely helps in the long run. Not only did we find all the food we need for our household but we also have been going around and saw everything we need for our wedding coming up in June for dinner ware, sheets, string lights,.....everything we can get at a decent price compared to going to anywhere else. When my fiancé and I first arrived at Costco we had to go sign up as members ofcorse and the people there, Connie and Bonnie, were so helpful. We decided to go with the executive membership costing $120 a year. The perks were too good to pass up. We can't wait to come back next week to do some shopping and be prepared for everything we will need in our household, get things for our wedding, and continue to explore at what Costco has to offer. Bought my snow tires here and filled with Nitrogen. Haven't had a single problem and swapped them out with my summers. Looking forward to another set when my summers go. No better place on the range to get tires.

Not allowed to share cards to buy stuff. Total bullshit! I'm visiting town from out of state and I wanted to pick up a few things for Superbowl weekend. They wouldn't let me use my mom's Costco card because of "policy". Will not be renewing membership.

Love the store and we travel about an hour to shop there. We were just there and picked up the pot pie to cook at home that was prepared byCostco kitchen. Well it was not bad had a good taste but there was very vegetable's and huge chunk of chicken. It would be alot more palatable if there were more vegetables and the chicken was in smaller pieces.
