The food court receives praise for great prices and specific items like New York style pizza with superb crust, as well as cheese danishes and croissants. Many note the overall good quality of products. The shopping experience is often described as fun, with helpful and cheerful staff. However, some locations can be severely understaffed, causing problems. A common critique is that some prices are a little over the top, so shopping requires knowing normal costs. Additional minor complaints include the lack of diesel at fuel stations and the inability to view warehouse prices online for planning.
