I had one of the best experiences with this repair center. From my initial contact with Tom to Cole the tech making the repairs! Both men were very professional. If you need repairs when in Duluth, MN, I highly recommend you contact Cummins Sales and Service !

These guys (and gal) are the best! Went way above and beyond to get us in and diagnose a “check engine “ situation. Had to next day a sensor that I had replaced about 300 miles earlier that was evidently a cheap Chinese knock off. When it came in they sent a tech , Cole to us at the park.
“On a Labor Day weekend!!!!
Tom, Ryan, Gary, and especially Cole, hats off to you! And Cole served his country before this career. Couldn’t be happier! Class outfit.

Great customer service, good communication, and genuine parts! Not cheap, but for us, the piece of mind is worth it.

Stopped into duluth Cummins today with a check engine light on. They were booked , but took the time to do a quick check. They were great about running the codes ,water in the fuel. So they supplied me some additive and sent me on the way. Great guys thereI’ll be booking my next service in the spring.

We had a problem with our generator, so we drove our RV rental over an hour with no reservation to hopefully get some help. Even with no appointment, Dave was happy to help (I apologize if I got his name wrong) and quickly solved the issue. I couldn't be more thankful for the help.

Just now getting to this.Took my motor home in this past summer to have the engine idle lowered since the unit was set at 800 rpm and I had to apply considerable brake pressure to keep the unit from lurching forward.Tech rolled his laptop out to my rig, plugged it in back by the engine and lowered the rpm to 700 rpmHe had me start the engine a couple of times and then unplugged his computer and rolled it back into the garage.Whole process took about 25 minutes max. They charged me $115.00.I thought this was excessive unless their shop rate is about $230.00 an hour.Beware!
