Very rude pharmacy staff. SEVERELY understaffed. I have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens for over a week. They have not done it and will NEVER even answer the phone even when I have held for over an hr. Do not deal with this pharmacy.

I am in the process of relocating from Dallas to Duluth. My CVS pharmacy in Dallas is excellent. I have just left the one located on Grand Ave. I pulled up to the drive through. A man of about 30 in a short sleeve green polo shirt opened the window with a scowl on his face. No name tag or any identification that he was a CVS employee. He was very rude and had to give me a short lecture about a medication that had become necessary for me to refill before due date. I highly recommend the Walgreens directly across the street. A pharmacist named Ross was kind and helpful and understood, while CVS Grand Ave pharmacist refused to even listen.

During the recent holiday my clinic pharmacy was closed for 2 days during the end of the week. the awesome pharmacist at CVS made sure I got a couple of the meds that I needed to get me through until Monday without even batting an eye. To me that is awesome service all the way around! thank you very much

Yesterday I went and received a nasal swab covid-19 test at this location. It was extremely easy to set up online didn't need to provide my driver's license or none of that I just needed to pick a time in a day put my name on there it was set up the that very day. Had been trying to get a covid-19 test for over a week and a half. I live in cloquet I Google map searched I also Google searched where I could receive a covid test. Very few places show up in CVS is not one of them. The places that show up involve St Luke's essential MedExpress cloquet memorial hospital however you call all these places and they are not taking appointments you need to be referred by a doctor or they're full for the day even though they're not even open until 9:00 a.m. and yet you're calling them at 8:00 a.m. and they've already are full for the day for your appointments and they will not make an appointment for you you need to call back the next day. Which doesn't make any sense. I'm super glad I had fun at CVS does these tests there you go right through the drive-thru when you arrive is extremely easy at the pharmacist hands you the test through the window explains to you how to do it step by step it's super easy enables the swab isn't bad I didn't have any adverse reactions to it super easy. you place it back in your bag and the problem I did have with it is once you're done with your test it give you a cleaning cloth and a Ziploc bag because you are too then open a metal box on the outside of the drive-thru so you need to hold your test in one hand and use your other hand to open the lid on this box inside of this box is everyone else's tests which is not secure. both in the fact that you will have to touch this box and also cram your test into the box because when I went to put my test in there the box was so full I could hardly fit my test in it. However still a small price to pay for going and getting a test finally. And on the same day you need to be tested also they had plenty of time slots available when I scheduled my appointment online. It was a super easy scheduling process just at the end of the scheduling process it didn't really tell you the instructions on where to go or what to do once you arrive to your appointment. So I did have to call the pharmacy and ask. Were they probably told me that I could just go to the drive-thru on the back side of the building. There was only two cars in front of me and I didn't have to wait long. Extremely satisfied and I am super happy that there was a testing place near my home that I could get in right away. Thank you CVS I hope more people don't realize that CVS is doing these tests there. You don't need to get out of your vehicle like you do at the DECC. If you go to the DECC for testing, you need to get out of your vehicle and go inside of the DECC. Other testing places around which are quite limited you need an appointment and good luck finding an appointment because I called every single day starting at 6:30 in the morning well most of these businesses aren't even open until 9:00 a.m. according to Google maps you sit on hold forever only to find out they don't have any openings or you can't go there because you're showing symptoms. also I'd like to add that you can get your test results either via a text message from the phone that you use but while scheduling your appointment you can call a toll free 800 number on the phone that you used while scheduling your appointment or you can also sign up for this my health thing.

The store is OK, and usually empty. The pharmacy has very limited hours and seems to always be having problems with their computer. Never go through the drive-thru as there's only one lane and each person's COVID test takes about 15-20 minutes.

Rude employee. Went to this location to get gloves and disinfectant. I was able to get the gloves but not the disinfectant even though it was purchasable. There were wipes and multiple sprays behind the counter. I went to purchase my gloves (after asking multiple times if they had disinfectant spray and being told no) and saw the sprays. I asked if they were for sale and if I could get some and she said no. I asked her multiple times and asked why they were sitting on the shelf if I couldn't purchase them. Get this, I had seen someone walk out before me WITH THE SPRAY! They were for purchase but she denied me for no specific reason. Absolutely rude woman anyway with her tone and attitude.

Good costumer service, higher prices than the Walgreens across the street. Two stars for a clean organized store, with nice workers. Negative three because twice they have mixed wrong/ not mixed my son's very serious medications. Once as an infant , once again as a toddler. They also rarely have the medication I need in stock.
