There was a weird bald employee following us and kept saying “ are you gonna buy that” while we tried on gear for our respective sports, and when we didn’t he’d get angry and said put it down. It made us very uncomfortable

Wow, what a great experience! Luca and Lilly were fantastic! Luca assisted me in buying two mongoose bicycles he properly fit them for our size and tweaked them both out! I’m so impressed with Luca. I’m gonna come buy another one for my dear wife ?. Lily was equally helpful and impressive at check out. They were both exceptional and we appreciated their excellence.

Went up there to buy shoes, apparently it was social hour after spending 20 minutes looking at shoes that are now in the back and being walked past several times we just left. Meanwhile there were 2/3 store associates talking amongst themselves continually, 1 other working. It's too bad selection & quality wise is better than dsw big shocker right? Person at register was helpful though so... at least we could find what we couldn't buy.

I tried letting this go but it really has gotten me pissed. My husband was looking for a new coat. We were up there visiting Jan 12 this year and thought to swing into Dicks. Not shopping at dicks previously short of looking for softball gear, was unsure of the layout. So seaking help to guide us in the right direction i noticed a young lady working with product in her arms, I asked, "where are your men's coats?" She kind of giggled and said, "there are some here and there." then proceeds to say, "But they are name brand you know?" I'm thinking umm ok. said "thanks" and she kept walking. THis has really gotten to me. Why would she say that to me? Why would you not try to sell me a coat. We found one he liked, which was in fact name brand. It is a great coat. great quality and the gentleman who checked us out did great. But the attitude of the young girl on the floor was rude and it has just stayed with me! She would be the reason i do not return.

Since Dick's went woke and stopped selling guns and ammo, i haven't spent a dime there since. This used to be a pretty good place to go with reasonable prices, but now i hope they go out of business soon

Love this store! It has friendly staff and everything you could need that is fitness and sport related. I love to get my Brooks here! ❤️ Golf, baseball, hockey, basketball, fishing, running, biking, and exercise machines! You can find it all here! I even buy my Yeti’s in this store. The sport clothing is amazing there for Women, Men, and kids! I am going to stop short of 5 stars because things sometimes get a little messy in this store. However it’s never stopped me from shopping the selection. It’s worth the stop! ?
