Got a nail in my rental car tire and was sent here. Employees were friendly Got me in and out in less than an hour. Everything was taken care of. I’ve been to other discount tires and this one is close to me so very convenient.

The Discount Tire store on E.Central Entrance in Duluth, MN did an excellent job with a tire emergency I had during freezing weather in Feb of 2025. Bring it right down they said. I highly recommend them for their customer service, professionalism and response to my need. I then bought four tires.

This chain seems to have the customer service thing down pat!!! I've been to a store in Ft Collins, CO and now this one in Duluth. Such friendly, competent people. The other day, I pulled up and someone was headed out to greet me at my car. I got my tires topped off with air and was on my way. Chas was very helpful. I can't say enough about this place! Conduct business with them. They are wonderful!

Very disappointed I called them ahead of time told them the situation they helped once but would not help again I ended up having no choice but to drive my car on a flat Home tire ended up coming off the rim me my baby and my kids dad were so humiliated coming down central entrance they said they couldn't help any further hate to say the help the did do was for nothing as when I came back they left me worse off then when I came sadly I will not be shopping with them tax time and I'm a recurring customer, oh no to mention the first time I went I went with my employer who is a blue collar man probably a recurring customer as well, and when I went back with the same tire they gave me for free witch I wasn't expecting or even thinking would be the situation ended up with a screw in it they let me take my flat tire and my black boyfriend and mixed child home on no air at all I told them everything I have no road side as stance idk why they would be so rude

Best service I have ever had. I had my tires mounted at Tires Plus just down the street, and over time I developed a small leak at the bead of one of the tires. They wanted $32 to have it re-beaded and had to leave my tire with them for 1-2 days. Discount got me in and out in under an hour for free and the staff were unbelievably nice!

Discount tire staff are very well trained. They are right there to help the minute you walk through the door. The always have a very good attitude, friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable!! I recommend giving them a try and guarantee you will return because of their customer service practices!!
