Other cells are almost completely empty and they had zero stock of what I needed at the time the I went there to purchase what I wanted. They're always short-staffed and it seems like they have never going to catch up in order to do their jobs as specifically needed.

Love it but it sad to see so many employees working and one is only checking out with more then 10 in his line.. it rude to your co worker and rude to your customers specifically since you dont use ac and it hotter in the store then outside!! Shame on store manger for letting this happen!! Treat your workers better!!

My son was bouncing a basketball in store when cashier came over loudspeaker saying whoever is bouncing that ball knock it off. Then proceeded to talk loudly to customer about how annoying it is. Geez sorry lady we were testing out your product! It was a place I did visit frequently but after that I won’t go again.

I always spend more than I plan, but at least the quality has gone up since they adjusted their prices. However, it would be nice if they had restrooms for people shopping there.

If this store could receive less than a one star then I would give it to them! I waited for 25 minutes to pick up my ship-to-store order. When the manager brought it up it was only 1/2 the order and she said she didn’t have the rest of it. I asked her to just refund me for the missing items and she said she could not do that. I then told her I would not be taking any part of the order. This manager has absolutely no customer service skills. One of the rudest retail interactions I have experienced. I do want to mention a staff member named Jamie that I observed for over 25 minutes who was working his butt off and kept a positive attitude towards every customer - even while having to work with her.
