Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable pricing. Went above and beyond to get the job done efficiently and right the first time.

I needed my ball joints replaced and was happy with how quickly I was able to get in. However, after picking up my car I noticed my steering was messed up and so I instantly went back. I was given various excuses to what it could be, like a bad tie rod or ball joints that had to be broken in. But after taking it to multiple other mechanics I learned that the ball joints were just improperly installed.

I brought my car in for an estimate of what it would cost to fix a no heat issue. They come back at me saying that it needs an oil change before they could provide a repair estimate. Whatever, I know an oil change was overdue. So they do it. Then I called for 2 weeks every other day to ask if they have the problem figured out. Every time I hear the same....we haven't got it in the shop yet. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this shop & my car was taken elsewhere. Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating!!

My vehicle was here for more than two months, after originally being told it would be done in two weeks. There was an always an excuse, at least when you could speak to someone. They are friendly but the shop is a mess and they seem understaffed. When I finally picked up the vehicle there were multiple issues and I had to take it to another shop. The other shop was shocked at the work done. This place gives mechanics a bad name and easily the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic.

Thanks so much for your wonderful work! We were stranded with a broken down car while driving through Duluth for the holidays, and these guys got us quickly and safely on the road again and were awesome to work with!

They do decent enough work but have 0 communication on what they are doing to your vehicle. And a bunch of work that wasn’t asked or required of them to do and charge you insanely high I’ve never felt so gouged in my life I’ll never be bringing my vehicle there again save your money. And time because they’ll say you have an appointment then won’t work on your vehicle for a week

@ Shanelastname - I am not surprised at all by your review. There is an employee with dark hair and glasses that works there that is NOT even a certified mechanic, and he has been a user of methamphetamine for several years and goes to work there while he is under the influence. So, I wouldn't be surprised if he was one of the "mechanics" that worked on your vehicle.

Still discovering the the shortcuts they took on rebuilding my truck engine and wiring up a classic truck. The truck sat there for over a year before I had to demand some results. Every call and visit was met with an excuse from them. As I said before, I'm still fixing their mistakes and incurring costs from people that KNOW what they are doing. Don't bother with these folks. They'll take your money, tell you they are professionals and leave you hanging. After looking at the engine build receipt, I discovered that a Comp Cam Mutha Thumpa was installed in my engine. I asked for an aggressive cam that would fall within the parameters of the stock torque converter and transmission in my classic truck. I called Comp Cams and they informed me that my stock torque converter would never work with the cam they installed in my engine. I needed to purchase a higher rpm stall converter. I have since purchased it ($300) and have a $600-$1,000 estimate from a transmission shop to install the correct torque converter. On top of that, I paid another local shop $700 to neaten up the wiring they had done. Engine builders? Maybe. Anything else? Probably not. Still chasing down problems I paid good money to have been solved in the first place. Granted, I will admit they were involved with the original body shop I had the truck restored (Buddies). But they wanted sole access to the wiring and engine rebuild work on the truck. The body shop did it's job but they clearly did not. I could have easily won a case if taken to court. but I chose not to as I wanted my baby back after ridiculously long waits for simple tasks they were pretty much pre-paid for. Lesson to everybody: Don't pre pay for labor

Needed old hub/bearings pressed out of steering knuckles and new ones pressed in. This shop helped me out and took the extra time to do it the right way. I would've been SOL w/o them. Thanks!

Dave and Matt are great people to work with. And you can't forget grandpa!!!! My car is currently there, awaiting to hear what my damages are. They are always quick and efficient and fair with pricing. Not to mention I bought my car from them and I've had itit f almost a year. So it's probably about that time to get her fully maintenanced. Thanks guys for being great mechanics to our local community.
