Went and had a factory recall on my 2025 Ram. Went to leave and I had message in my truck saying my oil level was too high, service needed. Went back inside and told them the problem.
He said since they reset the computer it's saying the oil level is too high and blamed whoever changed the oil. The message never came up before today and I had the oil changed 3 weeks ago.
Only way he said he could fix it was to change the oil again and charge me for an oil change.
I asked him why I didn't get a message before today and he had no answer.
He was not willing to help with anything except for charging me for an oil change.
Worst customer service I've ever had.

Brought my truck to Duluth Dodge for a couple of issues. The technicians diagnosed the problems, fixed them in a very timely manner, and now my truck runs great. I worked with Cory and he was great, very professional. He kept me advised on what the issues were and answered all my questions. He even worked with the warranty company to address one of the issues I had with my truck. Very pleased with the experience. Keep up the great work.

Tony Kozlowski has been our preferred sales representative at Duluth Dodge for many years. He has been very customer oriented to both my wife and I as we each have our own vehicle. He has attended to all the details that making leasing or buying a vehicle as pleasant as possible. This includes servicing needs. Duluth Dodge's service department strives to do a very good job.
