We had to move a piano from Park Rapids MN to Duluth. We were able to transport the piano with the advice of John. When we arrived in Duluth we were met by wonderful men from Duluth Fine Pianos who were able to unload the piano from our vehicle and move to its 2nd story new home. Friendly, helpful, professional and the perfect match for the project. God bless Duluth Fine Pianos!

Amazing customer service and such a great experience. We bought our piano i while living in different state and when we needed to file a warranty claim with Yamaha, Duluth Fine Pianos was the closest retailer and we live over 5 hours away. John, the owner of Duluth Fine Pianos fulfilled a full replacement on behalf of Yamaha even though our original purchase wasn’t through their store. He and his wife even drove all the way to our home in the Upper Peninsula of MI to deliver it.

My uncle in Wisconsin had a piano that has been in the family for generations and Duluth took care of it before sending it off across country to me. The owner John went above and beyond in his attention to detail, communication, and help with coordinating a cross-country move, despite the fact that they were making relatively little money from all of this. This shows to me that John has a genuine care and passion for instruments and what they mean to people.
