The three of us got an amazing deluxe pedicure/nails spa treatment. We didn’t book an appointment but our walk in we walked around the mall and it only took 20 minutes to get seated, it was pretty busy. Lucy did an awesome job.

The workers were friendly and efficient. My nail tech was Lucy and she was sweet. She gave me the exact nails I wanted and they have lasted almost a month so far. They are very high quality, no chipping or bending. It was a bit expensive but worth it.

I have been to most of the salons in Duluth at one time or another. I started going to Duluth Nail & Spa this spring when I found out they were under new ownership. I’m so glad I did! Everyone is so friendly, the salon is clean and they truly care. I go to Annie and she is great! I’m happy to recommend them.

BUYERS BEWARE
$35 for a Polish change is Price Gouging.
$15 is what a Polish change should cost.
They push Gel Polish on you to be able to charge more money for the service.

The lady who did my toe nail color change today did a fantastic job and was very kind but the guy who did my finger nails is a whole different story. I paid $65 for both sets and tipped 20%, i had blue polish on before, that was supposed to be removed, and after i had left and got into the sunlight i had noticed large spots on my nails that were purple (i got pink for my new color). also, to mention i asked for 814 pink color and they put 816 on anyways. i didn’t mention it because whatever it was still a cute color but they need to be more aware of what color they are putting on. The polish i had before was clearly not removed all the way! i went back in asked for a refund for just the price of the nails and they said they could refund me $20 instead of $30 because they put time and effort into the nails, which clearly they did NOT! plus i tipped them 20% that they were still gonna be able to keep. so i demanded my $30. I have been coming to them for a couple years now, i drive 2 hours because i have never had a bad experience with them like this before but now i will not be returning! this was unacceptable especially paying $78 after tip for just a nail color change that was not fully done.

Such a welcoming place! Tom did an amazing job with my acrylics. He was thorough and double checked with me to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. I will be coming back!

the lady was very nice that is why i am giving them 2 stars.My nails are lumpy and the french tips are very uneven.They are all different sizes and shapes too. They were $90 and personally i think the nails look like at MOST they should be $60. Pearl nails is a way better option in my opinion.

Tom is AMAZING just got my nails done and he took so much time and detail to make sure my nails were perfect! Thank you. Reception guy was also so welcoming, you all do such a good job.

Horrible! They argue with you how you want your nails done..then do them however they want... Definitely too expensive to not get nails done correctly!
