Working with Brad was a great experience; he helped with every phase of a new bike journey and fixed a broken chain in 10 minutes. Both employees were super helpful and gave clear instructions. Customers had a blast riding rentals up to Hawk’s Ridge and Brighton Beach. The power assist made biking up the hill a breeze and the headwind didn’t slow anyone down. They gave a 10% discount for being locals. It is a great way to explore Duluth.
