Based on the reviews, e-Bike Duluth is a great store with even better employees. They offer great quality bikes and rentals. Working with Brad was a great experience; he helped with every phase of a new bike journey and fixed a broken chain in 10 minutes. Both employees were super helpful and gave clear instructions. Customers had a blast riding rentals up to Hawk’s Ridge and Brighton Beach. The power assist made biking up the hill a breeze and the headwind didn’t slow anyone down. They gave a 10% discount for being locals. It is a great way to explore Duluth.

Great quality bikes! We went down to Sky Harbor airport and back, no issues. They gave us a 10% discount for being locals too!

Had a blast riding one of e-Bike Duluth’s rentals up to Hawk’s Ridge and to Brighton Beach yesterday. The power assist was a treat! Biking up the hill was a breeze and the headwind along the shore didn’t slow me down at all. I was able to relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings. What a great way to explore Duluth!
