November is not the best time to visit Enger Park. The gardens, of course, are turned in. The tower is locked down. The views were good from ground level and I could visualize being here in the summer. I'll definitely go back then.

Beautiful views of Duluth & Superior with a touch of Japanese history. Tower is closed for the season but it is still well worth the visit.

Everyone is complaining about how it’s locked up, to clear the smoke plenty have jumped off the top, (this includes my friend)
It’s a pretty place and nice scenery, but I don’t go there anymore

Signage could be better. An overlook that isn't dangerous would be an improvement needed. Did have indoor bathrooms but outhouse indicated there weren't any, again poor signage. Did learn alot about the Rotary though as there were signs all around the tower. But again, no signage was seen about the tower. Decent size parking lot and can park on the side of the road. Road leading to Enger Park needs to be repaired big time, many big bumps and potholes to avoid.

A must-visit place with excellent views for Duluth, MN, and, during the summer, fantastic ice cream sales are available.
