DO NOT USE THEM!!! By far the most dishonest, disgusting, lack of knowledge and skills yet to be seen at one establishment. What a joke. My wife had reservations made 3 weeks ahead of when she needed a full size pickup, due to moving. She called them every week and asked if they were going to have the full size pickup, they kept reassuring her they would. Well long story short, guess who didn't have a full size truck! They also claim they didn't know anything about it and don't have fullsize trucks. Oh man the phones calls they are getting from me, the BBB, the attorney generals office and I'm going further up to the Feds. Y'all have by far screwed the wrong person over yet again. And what's the worst is, this isn't the first time!!!! Same crappy people and service years later. See you in court for full refund plus alot more.

They didn't have my car I ordered but they got me another and then they didn't realize the car didn't have sirus xm but they gave me my money back for it. But overall everyone was very helpful.

Will definitely use the Central Entrance Enterprise again. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The vehicle was in excellent condition. This experience was so positive. Thank you!

Fast and easy process. Insurance recommended Enterprise Rental so I stopped by, grabbed a vehicle, and was out the door in less than 10 min. Vehicle was clean, ran well, served its purpose, and getting it back took even less time! Overall a fine experience!

Never rented at Enterprise before. The experience was positive for sure. Will revisit this review when everything is finalized as far as billing. Update 6-5-24, final billing as expected and all good. Would recommend "Central Entrance" Duluth Enterprise for your car rental need. I will definitely be doing so in the future.

I rented a vehicle and the one I got ended up breaking down to the point of it needed to be towed. The customer service to help me was outstanding and I never felt stranded. John called and checked in on me. Thanks for everything guys!
