This place has quick, easy and hassle free rentals. The cars are very clean inside and out. The receptionist "Roxy" was very helpful and informative about the whole rental process. She puts customer satisfaction first . I will definitely be renting from here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent nice vehicles at good price with A1 5 star customer service.

This is an update to my previous 1 star review following a billing error. The local Enterprise counter in Duluth, MN (more specifically Abby) corrected the billing issues and refunded the overages. Stellar customer service! Thank you!

We got to our destination late because of low temperatures and high winds. We were tired, hungry and a little cranky but the good folks at Enterprise were ready and waiting for us with kind words and a few tips about the local roads and places to eat. They made us feel like family, not clients.

I had a great experience here back in September. I rented a car for two weeks and I got a wonderful car for a very reasonable price! I was greeted by Sam who was a very kind gentleman who helped me get my reservation set. Overall, it was an easy experience renting a car here and I was pleased!

I picked up my rental car a week ago. Abbey was super. I told her if I could get a good car as I had to do a lot of driving. She asked me to wait a few minutes as cars were getting cleaned. So while I picked up my luggage and sat by the carousel, Abbey met me and gave me keys to a wonderful car. It was just perfect for my need. Will be returning it tomorrow. But Abbey at Duluth Airport is a gem!

Probably the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Sadie was lovely and very helpful. No issues with drop off, short line, out of the car rebooked and gave us a slightly bigger one, car in good condition.

We rent from Enterprise all the time, and we always have great service. On June 15, 2024, we rented a car at the Duluth International Airport. We had flown on a red eye to Minneapolis and connected there to get to Duluth. When we got off the plane, we went down to get our car. There were two service agents working. We waited in line while the customer service agent, who was middle aged (I didn't see her name) help a woman in front of us. They had a nice time talking, and she got her car and was on her way. When I got up to the counter, I told the agent that I had a reservation under our last name. I then gave her my last name. She then said to me, "What's the first name?" I told her my name. She then repeated, "What's the name?". So I said it again. She then said again, "What's the name?". Now I was thinking she could understand me, so I said my name and spelled it. She looked at her computer and said to me, "Could it be Karen?. I was so tired that it didn't hit me what she had just done until a couple hours later after I rested. At the time, I thought maybe it is under my husband's name? I was receiving the confirmation texts, so I thought it was under my name. So, I then said my husband's name and she said I have that. Then she said, your reservation isn't until 1pm. It was almost 11am. I have never had a car rental company question the time. My husband said, "Can we upgrade?" She then said, I have a car for you. She was curt the whole time! She never asked if the reservation might be under someone else name. My husband was standing behind me because he was watching to see when our luggage came down the carousel. She knew there were two of us, and that is usually the second question a customer service agent asks. She was very nice to the single woman in front of us. And to call someone a "Karen" is unacceptable! And we thought we were going to need to wait until 1pm to get our car. That's not pleasant when your exhausted. The whole experience was disappointing, particularly because Enterprise is my car rental company of choice, but sadly, not anymore.

My rental time was at 12:30pm, I showed up at 12:20 and then me and 3 other people waited about 30-45 mins before a person showed up to help us. No sign on where they went, even a “back in 30” would have helped. The doors to the back room of the place were wide open, but no person in site. When he finally did arrive he was nice but before that I was standing there; panicking on what I need to do if nobody shows up.

When I turned in the car, there was nobody at the desk, so I called later to tell them thjat the left rear tire had a slow leak and I'd had to put in air one time. Abby thanked me so much for taking the time to let them know this. Also, right after I picked up

Enterprise at Duluth International Airport was exceptional. I left some earbuds in the car and one of their associates, Abby Brazerol, went the extra mile, called me to infringe me they were found and is sending them back! Exceptional service and the type of thing that keeps me coming back to Enterprise!

I've always been an enterprise customerBut now I have reservations of my ownI reserved a vehicle for the time I needed.Someone cut off the end of the reservation, then I couldn't get a vehicle home. My daughter found another company to go through.No thanks to enterprise, very dissatisfied
