My rental time was at 12:30pm, I showed up at 12:20 and then me and 3 other people waited about 30-45 mins before a person showed up to help us. No sign on where they went, even a “back in 30” would have helped. The doors to the back room of the place were wide open, but no person in site. When he finally did arrive he was nice but before that I was standing there; panicking on what I need to do if nobody shows up.

When I turned in the car, there was nobody at the desk, so I called later to tell them thjat the left rear tire had a slow leak and I'd had to put in air one time. Abby thanked me so much for taking the time to let them know this. Also, right after I picked up

Needed a car ASAP for a few days ... Duluth Enterprise/Alamo came through. Excellent service representative at the desk when I picked up the vehicle.

Enterprise at Duluth International Airport was exceptional. I left some earbuds in the car and one of their associates, Abby Brazerol, went the extra mile, called me to infringe me they were found and is sending them back! Exceptional service and the type of thing that keeps me coming back to Enterprise!

I've always been an enterprise customerBut now I have reservations of my ownI reserved a vehicle for the time I needed.Someone cut off the end of the reservation, then I couldn't get a vehicle home. My daughter found another company to go through.No thanks to enterprise, very dissatisfied

We just returned from a 4 day trip to the Duluth area. Abbey managed our rental reservation at DHL, and answered all of our questions about the expected weather and road conditions in the area. We ultimately upgraded to a truck after her suggestions and it came in very handy throughout the weekend. Abbey also gave us directions to a few shops & restaurantsaround town as well as some ideas for things to do along the north shore drive. Thank you Abbey! We hope to be back in Duluth soon.

Be careful renting here i made a reservation and they don't take debt cards. But they didn't say anything when I made reservations. So I went to pick up my minivan and couldn't rent it. Then it was to late to rent anywhere else. So my kids missed out on a trip . They've only been on a trip a handful of times. We can't afford to go on trips. We saved up for this one an then where let down.

Great personal experience at this enterprise in particular. However, I've tried to avoid flying over the past year unless necessary, and enterprise as a whole has made this more excruciating than necessary. Once welcoming, now making it as difficult as possible to book any sort of a one way, without having to keep for several days, is nearly unavoidable. Meanwhile, prices fluctuate constantly... I understand the need to maintain inventory and being understaffed during these circumstances. One would think, with a corporation as vast as Enterprise is, and with how much profit that has been made due to social distancing, they could be just a bit more accomodating. Nothing personal Duluth, you're doing alright.

Reserved a Premium SUV via the website. Scheduled pickup for the Superior, WI location. Day came to pick up and was notified they did not have a SUV available. How ever, of course there was another vehicle available. I NEEDED at least a 7 passenger vehicle, wanting to travel comfortably is why we elected for a premium, like a Yukon so we had elbow space. the "other" vehicle available was only a 5 seater. Will not suffice. Then was told another location had the SUV, another location well over 30 miles away, at this point what choice did I have? So I accepted. After making arrangements to get to the other location, I proceed to rent the vehicle. it was exactly what we needed and requested. happy camper right? Till the bill came. I was charged $250.oo just for picking up from the location they sent me to. Which was drum roll please...... at the airport. You pick up ANY rental from the airport rather you are a local or o not there is a $250.oo fee just to rent or in my case pick up from this location. I did not realize there was this fee until I received the receipt for paying the bill. I tried to speak with the manager of this location. I contacted the original location the reservation was for and then corporate. One location is franchise owned, one is part of the franchise and yeah I was just the pawn stuck in the middle stuck paying a stupid fee of $250.oo for picking up at a location i never requested to rent from. end result a hard lesson learned. a $250.oo lesson that was not refunded and the manager for this location SHOULD NOT BE. Customer service was out the door. NOT because he wouldn't wave the fee, cause there was literally NONE. He was clearly upset to have a job and working during a Pandemic. He was upset that I was being sent there and he had to clean and ready the vehicle. He even tried to talk me down from coming that day and wait till the next. I needed that DAY. My understanding at the time was he needed to stop what he was working on to prep the vehicle. I believe form this point he already had a sour taste before i even arrived to pick up, never mind the issue of the fee. Corporate should have waved this fee or the Superior location should have covered it anything but me having to, specifically for all reasons listed above. Good luck actually getting the vehicle you reserve. You only get what is literally available as it comes in. You reserve an SUV like myself and they never get one in, you are up for what ever they have on the lot, at the time of your reservation.
