If I could, I would give zero stars. We have been given nothing but the runaround from this place and no one knows what is going on. If you have elderly parents, go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

I strongly discourage anyone from coming here if they are starting CPAP treatment. When I was there last August, they opened all the equipment from the original packaging in front of me, without telling me that doing so will make the items non-returnable if I discontinue treatment. After less than a week, I discontinued treatment because the CPAP was actually making my sleep quality worse (I went almost a week without sleep due to it). I returned all the equipment to this location and they took it all back without a word. Then in December, I received an invoice in the mail for all the equipment I returned! I wrote letters and emails appealing this because I returned all the equipment and no longer have possession of any of it, but I was still made to pay because all the equipment was opened (BY THEM before I even took it home!). I finally ended up paying to avoid having my account sent to collections. Do not come here unless you are absolutely certain that the treatment you are seeking is going to work for you.

Report on a year later: Once Corner Home replaced Essential Midwest Medical, ordering worked well for nearly a year, but has now deteriorated to about the same level as EMM …. Really disappointed.

Ortho dr ordered a wheelchair for me and you guys wont give it to me, because you claim i have to see the dr first, dr specifically told me over the phone that im supposed to not bear weight on my foot at all and i needed a wheelchair. Fix your company, its not anyones fault but yours!

I have been trying to talk to a salesperson for weeks, leaving my phone number with NO response.I will keep trying but getting very upset, why they are ignoring me is so questionable. I even have the salesperson name and she has ignore the calls.I called both managers, Peg and Dawn left messages and NO RESPONSE.WHY DON'T THEY RETURN CALLS. I WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH CORNER MEDICAL AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DULUTH STORE IS KNOWN TO OTHERS.

I have been calling for over 2 weeks and have been told 5x by some of the same representatives that my special needs son's diapers were on the way! I'm still waiting!!! We are fully covered by 2 different insurances. Sevice here is horrible, but what other choices are there in our area??! I'd give 0 stars if possible! I have already purchased several packages of nighttime pull-ups from Target OUT of pocket OUT of desperation!! What kind of customer service is that???!Follow-Up:I contacted Peggy, and left a voice mail. I've had my fill, and have taken our 3 years of business elsewhere.

I forgot a vital component of my c-pap when I packed for our vacation in Duluth. Visited Corner Home Medical the next day and they got me back up and running in no time. Can't say enough good things about the folks that helped me! Fantastic!

I am the patient, my name is Janice Youngs. I had two gentlemen come out to replace my portable concentrator. They thought it was a big concentrator so that's what they brought. They managed to fix the small one and get it running again and I would really like to give them a review but I'm having trouble finding work their names are. I have their names as Shelly SHELLEY, and Tony TONY E. They were very professional kind and left me with a good feeling about your company so thank you very much. Please extend my gratitude to these two men they were wonderful. Thank you for all your help

I would recommend you "Ask for Ally". She delivered my powerchair on time, assembled and spotless. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as she went over every detail of operating safely, adjustments, charging, warranty,the tool kit and even how easy I could transport it using a van.She made sure it was set up to fit me. Hard to find people like her.

Corner Home Medical was extremely helpful in getting a specialized wheelchair for my wife. Ally, setup the wheelchair to my wife's measurements and made sure that it fit and worked perfectly. Thanks for the very professional help.

We really appreciate the excellent team effort given to us by Ally, Rob, Misty and Kirsten at Corner Home Medical. We needed a new wheelchair quickly and they all went above and beyond to make that happen. Ally carefully and patiently selected a loaner chair, while Rob made time and repaired the existing chair and made great suggestions in improved equipment to make life easier. Kirsten attended the evaluation for the new chair and provided outstanding professional guidance. Misty followed up and made sure the paperwork was in order. Sometimes in life you just need things to run smoothly, we are very grateful to Ally, Rob Misty and Kirsten for doing just that. Solving a pressing issue for us and delivering a new, better fitting wheelchair. Thank you for making a difference and improving someone’s quality of life. We are grateful

Shelly was very polite and knowledgeable setting up my Mother's oxygen. Explained everything thoroughly to where my Mom could understand which also made her much more comfortable in this transition. Can tell he knows his job. Thank you very much!

I got set up with a c-pap machine. Making the appointment was very easy. Wendy did my walkthrough and explained the entire process of using the cpap machine. Answered any questions I had and explained insurance/billing as well. Job well done!I was also greeted by staff working the front desk. Tristan helped with a few separate purchases I made. Very friendly.Thanks guys
