Seamless experience and great communication. I was a little nervous since getting things delivered up here is always tricky but it went off without a hitch. Driver notified me 30 min before delivery as requested. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Original delivery of 06/17/20= Delivery was stuck in Minneapolis. Called Lisa again and we rescheduled for 06/19/20, I waited all day and decided to call and ask if the delivery was still happening. Lisa said Oh, I remember making this appointment but let me talk to the driver. She got back on the line and said the driver wasn't aware of it, so we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for June 22, 2020. I called this morning to make sure the driver was aware, there was no answer so I left a message for Lisa. I waited a few hours and decided to call back, Brian answered and said he did not see anything for me on the schedule. So he set a time for today, the delivery is here and I am thankful for Brian. Lisa has great phone skills customer service wise but her execution for the follow through, eh not so good. Thank you Brian 5 STARS! Lisa strike 2.

I previously utilized a competitor company but ran into issue after issue and decided to look elsewhere .Estes was the first call and I'm sure glad it was! An employee, who's name I believe was Lisa? was more than happy to help me, while making the entire process easy and actually enjoyable. Will never use a different company again!

I wanted to share the awesome experience I had working with Estes. My delivery came on time as planned and the customer service was top notch. Working with Lisa from the Duluth terminal made the entire transaction go smoothly. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Estes to everyone I know!

Estes was to deliver a patio door to my home and I messaged them to better find where my package was. Well “Lisa” from the Duluth terminal quickly called me and got me the information I needed, and put a smile on my face as well as she has the most upbeat attitude and excellent customer service skills!
