I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and solid work from Everything Automotive. They were able to get my 4Runner in on short notice, and complete the service in less than a day. I feel fully confident in bringing my vehicles to them for more work.

I'm from out of town. My van began dieing intermittently. I called and was able to get in quickly. Friendly and helpful staff made this experience so much easier to deal with.
After troubleshooting, they found several things but nothing that would cause this issue.
They were honest in communicating what they found.
If I ever do break down here, they'll be first on my list of auto repair facilities

This is the place to go, especially if you’re looking for an inconvenient experience! Not only do you get a phone call telling you that the alignment wasn’t added to your estimate so we’re gonna have to go ahead and add that and turns out it was actually already on the estimate so the problem is already fixed. Okay that’s fine. Oh wait if you thought that was all, just imagine not getting that alignment done at all and having them sign off on your vehicle and letting you leave. And then when you bring it back to align it for the first time. You get to wait two hours for it to be done and then get told Woopsie sorry here’s 30 bucks. Hope that helps. Again if that’s what you’re looking for this is a place to go.

We were passing through on a vacation and had trouble with our car’s starter. The staff were extremely courteous and kind!They were able to get it examined in a timely fashion, give us clear options as to what to do and allow us to make the decision. Our trip would not have been the same going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I lived closer in the area, I would be using them on a regular basis for all my automotive needs.

This place was amazing! They helped me out with getting me some tires on a day where it was insane (2 days before Thanksgiving if I recall).
They don't carry tires but called around to find some for me.
Without them, there is no way I would have made it home safely.

Hmm; some okay, some disappointing, and one very questionable experience. This is a change from an earlier positive rating I gave them. A repair to a power window on my mom's van failed again 9 months later; we had to pay. Who knows what the reality was. A repair last year to my Jeep was fine; everyone was polite, shop clean. But this year I was told there was a leak in the master brake cylinder on my older van, and that and the brake line needed replacing; I brought this information to the Dodge dealership nearby and they concurred (why not, I told them what was wrong). $1500-1800 total; just about junked the van. Turns out, was not the case. After frustration with waiting for parts, called Brad's Auto Clinic on Rice Lake Road (excellent reputation, competition-award-winning highly-trained father and two sons; Brad has a car-talk type radio show): over the phone, without check a reference book, said the diagnosed parts did not even exist in the place described, offered a free diagnosis. Not leaking. Probably was my error in failing to refill the brake fluid before driving up north. Kept the van. Saved the $$$. Nothing leaking. Now I would hesitate to go back.
What can I say? Especially, shame on the Dealership that E.A. suggested tackling the master brake cycliner (which they, to their credit, admitted they's never seen one like it - that was honest of E.A). 2-3 rating.
UPDATE ... good experience 11-28-2023; muffler related issues. Shop Mgr Don impressed me with his analysis of the problem and handling of the repair. Technician went the extra mile and tried a simple fix to an unrelated problem I mention (transmission). All good. Better than expected results. So, 5 out of 5 feedback. Recommended.
