Pat Shelton knows a thing or two because he’s seen a thing or two. Whenever we have had a claim, Pat and his team have made it as painless and stress free as possible. Pat is a very approachable agent and has been very helpful with coverage recommendations as things change in life. We don’t even live in Duluth anymore and we still rely on Pat for our insurance needs. Best in the business.
