These are the people you want to deal with for anything beyond the most basic plumbing supply questions. The cost on SOME items might be a bit more than home depot, or amazon, but it's absolutely worth it. They earn it through and through with the knowledge, expertise, & systems they use to make sure you get what you need without wasting so much time.Thanks guys!

We had an outstanding experience choosing plumbing and lighting fuxtures for our kitchen remodel. The associate, Tim, who worked with us, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He directed us to the fixtures that made sense for our project. The showroom is beautiful and displays products efficiently. The location is a bit out of the way, but well worth it. We will gladly recommend Ferguson-Duluth MN.

We had a terrible experience at Ferguson Duluth. We went to Ferguson when we were redoing our bathroom. The toilet did not come in when they said it would so we had to pick out a new toilet in order to get it to our contractors on time. We also ordered a $1000.00 bathtub from them that came chipped and broken, we reordered a new one that was also broken and the only option they had for us was to take the first bath tub back and they would have someone come and try to fix it in our house. The communication was awful. We had to call them many many times and often did not receive calls back. They did not communicate with us when our fixtures came in. When we told them about our dissatisfaction in their service they offered us practically nothing in return. We are very disappointed in the service they provided. They truly are an overpriced non client friendly company and I would not advise anyone to work with them.
