Jack helped me with my shoes and was a great help. He helped with sizing, style, and look. I really appreciated it and he was so helpful. I really had a great experience and found shoes that I love due to Jack. He also guessed my shoe size just based on the look of my foot. Really great employee that made me feel great about my shoe choice.

This incident happened a couple of years ago but it made me never come back to this store. I went in with a screenshot pictures of cool shoes that I liked online and showed it to one of the associates. He had a bad attitude towards me like I was wired for showing him shoes that I might be interested in buying at this store. And then he started asking some personal questions like where am I from and stuff like that. It was a weird experience and I haven’t been back to this store ever since. I think that was a few years ago. I don’t think I’ll ever come back either the customer service was horrible in my opinion.

Way over priced and poor customer service, 210 for timberlands is crazy, would do better going down to the mall of America, which I will do from now on.

I went in to exchange some Crocs that I received as a gift for a different size. They did not have the same color in the size I needed, so I accepted an alternative color. However, the alternative color was not on sale, and they said I had to pay the difference between the full price and sale price. They said I could call corporate and see if they would allow the exchange, but the wait time was 80 minutes, I already drove 20 minutes to the store, and I had already been waiting at the store for about 15 minutes. I obviously protested this, but they refused to budge and basically said "nothing we can do, not my job". I told them to give me my money back.The store associate said I would not get the money, since it was a gift, and actually threatened me, implying that I should be afraid of him since he "doesn't put up with disrespect". He also did not even look at me or acknowledge my existence when I first walked in the store, and repeatedly said that dealing with this "isn't his job". If customer service isn't your job, then what is your job, exactly? They did eventually give me the money back on my card, so I'm not sure why he said I wouldn't get it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They will go out of business if they continue operating like this. I never imagined that a simple exchange for the same item in a different size would have been such a nightmare. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced with any business and I am still in a bit of shock that this actually happened.

Worst store in the mall the boys working were so rude. Made so many rude comments. Whispering to each other. Definitely don’t recommend going here. DISAPPOINTED

Trying to buy shoes with my son for his birthday. Three associates, not one asked if I needed help. Walked up front to ask for a size and not one of them came to help me. Waited a few more minutes standing literally right in front of them, nothing. Went elsewhere. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Lazy kids working here. I was looking at shoes for several minutes b4 one said how are you from behind the counter. Now I’m in the front of the store looking at shoes. To lazy to walk up n say may I help you? Few minutes later some younger kids came in and both of them come running may I help you? I took my money elsewhere.
