Online appointments setup sucks. Schedule an appointment online and they don’t coordinate with the inner schedule so you still have to call. You’d think a large company like this would have simple online scheduling coordinated with inner scheduling. And walk-ins blocked off time slots.
Came here two years ago and the same thing. They said they’d have time to do it after scheduling, dropped off my truck, next day go to pick it up and get “oh we haven’t gotten to it yet, which vehicle is yours again?”

Put a full set of new tires on they were cupped, stretched bulging in different directions Firestone has been known for major problems in the past i decided to give them a shot, claimed it was a rear spring problem I've had suspension problems before never a tire problem that resulted. They wouldn't honor the warranty because i had work done to try and fix the problem because it couldn't be the brand new tires could it? but it was the tires 100% as my dad was a Mechanic and Ive talked to other mechanics they all agree it was the tires i gave plus 2 Stars for costumer service offering a deal to fix the problems most likely would have lead to being duped into buying more junk tires. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

I’ve been buying my tires from Firestone for over 10 years. I’ve never had a bad experience, until today. I needed new rims, and Firestone recommended I go to Discount Tire. They said they checked my tires and nothing was wrong with them. More than one tire needed replacing. It was clearly visible that the inside wall of one tire was severely worn, and another was shredding on the inside. Discount Tire customer service was amazing and Mitchell went above and beyond! I would have bought 4 new tires from Firestone, but I decided to switch companies. $1600 loss for Firestone and my future business. I own 2 vehicles, and was about to purchase new tires for that vehicle as well.

I had to bring my car in two weeks in a row. The first time I brought it in they said nothing was wrong with it the second time I brought it in they said I needed struts in the front and a ball joint and an alignment. I'm not understanding how I can change that significantly within 7 days. And my problem still was not resolved. And then they told me it would be $2,100 to get everything fixed. Mind you when I brought it in last week they said that my tires would last until the middle of next summer and then when I brought it back yesterday they said that my tires were crappy and I need a new ones. Would not recommend Firestone to anybody I will be bringing my car somewhere else to get a second opinion

Absolutely wonderful employees! We are from ND, our truck broke down while we were visiting Duluth. We had it towed to Firestone. It was an issue they couldn’t fix, so our plan was to tow it on a trailer back home. Garrett and Bryan (awesome employees) went above and beyond to help us get our truck on a trailer. We would not have been able to do it without their help. We have never done it before, we can’t thank you guys enough!

Best in Customer Service of any business in the Duluth Superior Area. Jay leads his team by example. And the workmanship shows they are craftsmen and proud of their work.

Had a good experience with this Firestone in Duluth. only issue was like most places these days they were short of staff and were not able to fully resolve the issues but the work that they did do was great and the process was very straightforward. Nice waiting area and good communication. Thank you Tim and team!!

I have never been more eager to submit a review! Jay was amazing! I popped a tire while in Duluth for a weekend soccer tournament. I was calling everywhere to see if someone could fix the tire and someone recommended Firestone. Jay was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tire was damaged beyond the point of repair, but Jay brainstormed options. My other tires were fairly new, so I didn't want an entire set and I didn't want to drive almost 200 miles on the spare. He suggested buying a low cost, full size tire that would work to get me home. Although Firestone did not have a low cost option, Jay called multiple stores (even ones not affiliated with Firestone) to try to assist me. He matched me with the Tires Plus location in Superior and confirmed they had a tire that would work and made sure they could help me that day. Amazing customer service!!!

Came in for a tie rod and alignment. Almost 400?. Guy was nice, but no way am I paying 101 for a tie rod, 143 in labor and another 113 for an alignment, plus taxes. Found another shop that said 306 after taxes. For both tie rods.

I completely trust the front desk staff and the maintenance crew They give me an appropriate estimate of what they think is wrong with my vehicle and keep me updated on the progress. They do outstanding work and are the most incredible team I have ever had service my vehicle and make me feel safe!
