One time we bought an item and when we checked our bags at home it wasn't there. After scanning the item, the employee, I guess, had put it under the register. We did end up getting the item back, but with no explanation or apologie. So that was kinda werid, but other than that, it's always been a pretty good store, clean and tidy, decent prices. Would mostly recommend.

I think for starters, I should mention that this place only sells second hand items, most are in new condition! I thought that the prices were slightly higher than what you would expect from a goodwill. Hardly nothing in men's jeans and expect to pay just under $7 for men's t-shirts and dress shirts. Plenty of other items available from electronics, to kitchen items.

I went there at 3pm today (Sunday) and I have to tell you, shopping here was one of the highlights of my visit to Duluth. The back-to-school sale was awesome and I scored some wonderful clothes and coats for my kids. The toy selection was fire! Also, I am also always on the lookout for one-of-a-kind t-shirts (NOT for my kids), preferably with something fun or funny on them. The selection here did not disappoint! The household items looked fantastic, so did the furniture, but alas I didn’t have time to fully shop those sections. The cashier was super friendly and helpful too. He made me smile on my way out.GO HERE. You won’t be disappointed! And you can’t beat the prices!

Decent goodwill with decent items. A bit expensive. But what I can’t get over is how their dressing rooms are closed.“You can go home and try it on and return it here” they would say.Would I get a full refund? No.Would I get a store credit? Yep.Would it only work at this Goodwill? Yep.I don’t live here, I will never be going to this Goodwill again. I get that this policy is to prevent shoplifting but someone seriously needs to do analysis because I would have bought about $30-40 in clothes if I was able to actually try it on and see if it fit me. Instead I had to put it all back after I spent thirty minutes looking.Biggest waste of time.

More expensive than savers but significantly less quality products. Nearly everything I looked at was 10 dollars lol. I’ll be sticking to savers.

So overall pretty good place and nighttime it's not my two daughters almost got kidnapped the other night and it's happened previously so do not go there after 6 p.m. or earlier and they don't have cameras know where do the police care about it because they're worried about the heroin epidemic

Don't waste your time. Can't speak on the clothing but for hard goods this Goodwill used to be pretty good. Lately it has gotten steadily worse and worse. Prices continue to soar and they obviously are now going through the donations very thoroughly and pulling out anything with even a hint of value. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this location.

Went on black Friday, scores tons of name brand adidas, champion, hurley, Nike for my 2 youngest kids and my teen son and daughter. Super pleased. Only spent $115 but walked out with 71 items, a pair of shoes too. I honestly could have spent more but my other half had to work lol. I'm the 2ns gen shopper, my mom did it and her mom also did hand me downs and I'm hoping my kids learn to do the same to lower the waste in the world even if it's a small change. We are for savings the environment.

When I realized that my wallet was at home they allowed me to go and get it without having to reshelve my item. If you plan on donating please do it during business hours or scavengers will loot through it tossing it all over the parking lot. The tag discounts are %50 discount on any item tagged with the corresponding color of the week. Lots of clothing and changing rooms to try on those golf shoes you need. Very well organized and open for Covid safe shopping. They offer snacks and beverages plus ample parking. Just beware of pedestrians while entering, it gets a little sketchy at the crosswalk.

Awesome staff, Jamie is always so kind with a warm smile, I love ❤️ coming to shop at all goodwill stores and this one in particular is my favorite because of the employees.

The place looks pretty dingy but i have had pretty decent experiences there. It can be a bit more pricy than I’d like, considering that it’s a thrift store, but if you go in on a day when a specific tag color is on sale you can find some AMAZING deals. It’s much cheaper than going to a Savers.
